Instantly replied which I didn’t expect but she was so lovely and confident in everything she advised that I trusted her advice. I have sold numerous items with her and wow to my amazement she sold my pieces all in a month! To think I had my items stuck with another business for month wish I found Lema quicker. She is a credit to LP and a true gem and hard to find. Thankyou Lema for making everything so smooth and easy.

Marble homeware on Amazon
I'm usually very happy with the items I buy from Luxury Promise but to see the marble homeware from the Dubai marble show on Amazon from the Radicaln company . The marble homeware is less than half the price on amazon. Same bookends, coasters and fruit bowls etc
I thought they said they were locally sourced from Dubai and that you could only get them in Dubai.

Some concerns after a promising start ...
I was inspired to use LP to sell some items because a popular influencer recommended the company. My initial experience was great; LP sold some new Gucci shoes and Dior Ballerinas on my behalf for a good price. I also left a limited edition LV Neverfill leather tote with them, which is not selling quickly because it was personalised. The bag is otherwise in perfect condition and comes with the box, dustbag, LV ribbons, &c. I am repeatedly asking for the bag to be returned, and I am prepared to collect it, but my messages - via email, What's App, and direct messages to the London store are being ignored. I also left a beautiful Hermes scarf with LP and it has not appeared on the website. Again I have reached out to them and am being ignored.
*** EDIT: I have edited my review, as one of LP's representatives, Nikos Nicolaou, contacted me yesterday evening. He was incredibly professional, polite and constructive. We discussed the situation regarding my Neverfill and the Hermes scarf. I am feeling more confident that my concerns will be addressed. I met Nikos on my first visit to LP, and the service was excellent. I have, therefore, upgraded my experience by two stars. I should also say that my items were beautifully photographed and well-marketed on LP's website ***

Best pre-owned platform for luxury shopping
Easily the best pre-owned platform to buy luxury goods!
I wrote a review below (FZ) when I first started shopping on LP and it’s been a few months now. I have been so impressed with everything so far. The purchases I’ve made are incredible - great condition and prices. The show hosts are great at showing everything that you need to see. I have bought quite a bit of jewellery, loose diamonds (setting prices are competitive) and bags. All have been just as described and authentic. Have won a few auctions too and have been amazed at the prices!
Shipping is fast, even from Dubai, Singapore and Japan shows the purchases will arrive within a 1-2 weeks.
I had to make one return due to a faulty item; they tried their best to fix it but it wasn’t sitting well with me. Customer services were prompt with replies and understanding. A refund was issued the next day.
I can’t fault Sabrina and her team.

Unless you’re buying Hermes they just aren’t interested. I’d messaged them several times re a Louis Vuitton men’s speedy bag and got ignored. They are too full of their own importance now with YouTuber collaborations every other week. If you’re not spending birkin/kelly money just go somewhere else.
