Lush Arvostelua 

My order never arrived. Their agents are useless. There are tons of feedback about the delivery times, but they don't do anything about. I hope they go out of business like Bed Bath and Beyond did, it is a disgrace.

We had a Lush party for our daughter 12th birthday with her friends a mixture of girls and boys. They had a blast, the hist Charlotte and all the staff in there were lovely,patient and fun. The kids loved the games and had a lot of samples to take him with their creation and extra pressie! Well worth it... Highly recommended. They are doing grown-ups ones too with more skin products and would love to give it a go. Thank you.

My daughter had her 11th birthday party at the Stratford upon Avon store hosted by Erin. I can't thank her enough for making it such a great party for everyone especially the birthday girl. She was super bubbly and fun and really took the time to make my daughter feel extra special. Everyone had a really great time and was really pleased with the party bag they got at the end.

Vandaag een paar bruisballen gekocht en vannavond lekker in bad gezeten. 1 bruisbal gebruikt, deze was helaas binnen 1minuut al compleet opgelost. Weinig geur wel veel kleur. Zoveel kleur dat ik na afloop zelf roze was in plaats van normale huidskleur en het bad kon ik gelijk poetsen omdat deze ook compleet roze was. Geen succes. Ben benieuwd wat de andere bruisballen gaan doen.

After supporting this company since it was called Cosmetics to Go ( before it was LUSH), I am finally waving goodbye.

Not because I don’t like their products but because they continue to use Evri as a courier. The past week alone, I have paid to have dedicated Saturday delivery via DPD, and had the email from LUSH confirming it would be DPD.

Magically the tracking switched to Evri ( my heart sank) and of course my parcel never appeared. It’s not even showing on the tracking apps anymore. Basically it’s been stolen.

I contacted Lush customer care and asked for replacements and please please please to have it sent out NOT via Evri. I was told they could try but no promises.

Guess what? I had a tracking update from Evri and that parcel ( second one) has now vanished too. I reckon Evri drivers just wait for Lush boxes to steal them as this in in total the fifth separate time this has happened.

When I just called customer service back, they were not especially concerned but said they would pass my feedback about Evri along. That won’t make a jot of difference as it’s now obvious that despite Lush’s ethics, they still put profit over customer by using a cheap and untrustworthy service in Evri.

I have now asked for a full refund and will never be shopping with Lush again. Sad to say goodbye after over 30 years, but they are not what they were or what they claim to be now. I will simply take my cash elsewhere and shop ethically with companies that don’t and won’t use Evri ( there’s a lot out there).

To anyone reading this that has had the same Lush and Evri experience, I feel you. It’s frustrating and extremely disappointing.

To anyone wise enough to check reviews before purchasing, just don’t.

I had the joy of being served by Casper at Lush Joondalup a little while ago. Casper was fabulous! Kind, funny, and engaged, Caspers's Custer service was a delight.

Een heerlijke verwennerij in een stuk zeep. Mijn guilty pleasure waar ik heel blij van wordt. Sleepy is mijn favoriet maar deze was niet voorradig dus voor nu Baklava. Ruikt ook heerlijk en gelukkig doe ik er lang mee

I called in to get some birthday gifts for my partner and was greeted and helped by a lovely person called Chloe they were so helpful and full of knowledge of all the products that I was looking at. They also were really friendly and super thoughtful when I told them that my partner was vegan, they helped by picking out all of the scent profiles that I knew my partner liked which were earthy, wood and musky but also had to be fully vegan. They also made me feel like I was not pressured into buying the items ( I did anyway) which made me want to shop around longer. I only went in for a couple of things but came out with so much more than I went in for! They even told me to wish my Partner a happy birthday from lush and gave me a little something extra in my bag from Lush. Chloe was fantastic person and a great asset to the Belfast team. I can't say thank you enough and my partner was trilled with all the items and loved the bread oil the most. CHOLE THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Just had an amazing experience in the Lush store in Leidschendam.
Such amazing and sweet people who work there.
The man who also works there did such a wonderful job searching for the products i wanted and listening to me and helping me find other products. He still kept in mind the scent preferences I told him!
I went in the morning but came back the afternoon (40 min drive 🫣) because i wanted to get the sultana soap and the parfum discovery box romance. To bad they were not available but i was still so happy and bought some other products…good and nice people do still exist!

I went into the Eastbourne shop with lots of empty Lush pots my daughter had saved up to return 18 in total. I wasn't quite sure how the returns process worked, but Betty was so helpful in assisting me to set up the app and I put £9.90 into a wallet ready for when my daughter wants to buy again from them. Super friendly in Eastbourne.

Went in to lush in west quay Southampton and had such a nice experience, customer service is always on point and so welcoming but I want to especially thank Juan (sorry if spelt wrong) for being soo kind and helpful! she was so patient and great at conversing to me and my friend just exactly what you’d want from anyone when going in there! Thank you Southampton lush I’ve never had a bad experience and would always recommend it brightened my day ❤️

My order was sent out and the delivery driver delivered to the wrong address. Then when I got the parcel, 2 items had leaked and one hadn't been packed, although I had been charged for it. When I contacted customer services and told them what had happened and sent photos for proof, (items melted and leaked out inside box), I was told that was normal and they'd send the missing item, but that the leaked items were fine! I told them they weren't fine, but they treated me like I was trying to pull a fast one and rip them off. I expect better customer service when I spend money on products and if you expect good service, go elsewhere. I've now deleted my account and won't shop with Lush again. Some people absolutely shouldn't work in Customer care! One star is too generous, shame on you Sarah!

hi! today me and my mum were at the westfield white city store and we went into lush ,there was a worker named Alex who was absolutely a breath of fresh air. she was so bubbly & adorable and she helped so much with me & my mum picking stuff out and genuinely just being there to help us with everything. she honestly convinced us to buy so many products but honestly i’d never regret it one bit since she was genuinely just amazing. honestly if you guys go to westfield in white city and happened to bump into alex , PLEASEE start a conversation with her as she’ll brighten up your day and leave you smiling with all your goodies in your bag :)!!

I love Lush products and my child really enjoyed a party in the past that a friend hosted at the store which is a fun idea

I've always enjoyed the customer service from Lush. Sometimes in store you get an odd one who's pushy, or doesn't listen, or is just annoying but overall they're great. The customer service helpline are always excellent and would be my first port of call. Their returns policy is excellent although I have rarely had to use it, its great that its there. Their sampling service is amazing not just for trying new products but also to grab a small sample if I've run out and my next order hasn't arrived or even to tie me over until my next purchase - this is an incredible service so please don't abuse it. It has kept me repurchasing from this company for years. I have found their recent hair products to be excellent and consistently purchase. Love their fresh face masks, and lip balms (Key Lime Pie!!). I have noticed some changes happening more recently - discontinuing staples, or changing stock too often which I'm not a fan of. And there is the ongoing issue of in floor staff pay which I understand is minimum wage and definitely should be higher - they can afford it!

Die Seife Lemongras ist bei der zweiten Nutzung zerfallen. Das Seifenstück ist zusammengesetzt aus einzelnen Bröckchen, die Füllmasse wäscht sich ab und man hat nur noch ca. 1-3 mm breite, 2-3cm hohe Einzelteile in der Hand, mit denen man sich nicht mehr waschen kann. Viel Geld für schlechtes Produkt ausgegeben. Sehr ärgerlich!

Dana in Glasgow (Buchanan Street) was very chatty and friendly and helped us find what we needed. The store is lovely and clean and has a huge variety of products. Definitely worth a visit.

Aaliyah from the Lakeside Thurrock store was super friendly and helpful. I mentioned I was trying to sort a collection out for a couple colleagues who are leaving (one male and one female) and she helped narrow down options for them in the bathing range. Picked out two bath bombs and two bubble bars and chose both uplifting scents and relaxing ones so they had a nice range depending on time of day or how they may want to feel. She made the whole process smooth, enjoyable and stress free! :D
