Lush Arvostelua 

The store were so welcoming, the guy at the front of the store gave me a sample bath bomb because I travelled from London and I work at the Inkey list. He was so friendly and also allowed me the space to browse, then I met the lady downstairs in the hair spa and she was so kind and gave me samples. A great Lush store, I’ll definitely be back! So many cool and fun experiences in there, one of the most calm environments I’ve been in!

I bought the kitty box online for a gift, so it was disappointing to see the ears were broken off one of the bath bombs

Visited Lush in Chester & the staff were so lovely.
I’ve got curly hair & changing my hair care is always a whole thing but my hair loves lush products. Kim came over to see if I needed anything, I asked for her advice & oh my gosh what an angel, she was so helpful, explained more of the range to me, asked about my hair goals, told me about what each ingredient does, like seriously I could go on. She knew her stuff, I waited till I tried everything out to write this & ofc my hair is thriving.
She also gave me some skin care samples to try what works best for my skin.
THEN (yep doesn’t end there), paying at the till and Lissi was so friendly & sweet, told me about the history of the curly hair range, told me about the rewards on the app, she was incredibly kind and helpful.
Also noticed I had frog stickers on my bottle & we yapped about our favourite frogs for a while. Beyond customer service, so lovely

went down to lush Lakeside on Saturday, 8th August 2026, and had the pleasure of meeting Anthea.

I would just like to give Anthea a well-deserved 5-star review. She was so helpful, polite and kind, and she really listened to my concerns about my skin.

Anthea recommended two products that would help smooth my skin and get rid of the flaky, dry skin. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and confident with her recommendations.

Thank you so much, Anthea, for your kindness, patience and excellent customer service. You were absolutely lovely and a real credit to you & the team. ⭐

The products arrive with inadequate packaging, and despite providing photographic evidence of tampering, the customer service response has been unsatisfactory. This low level of service will prevent me from making future purchases.

The staff so helpful and sweet,could not do enough to help and very knowledgeable about the product. Very happy with my purchase. This was at the Poole shop

Lush picked the shipping company that couldn't deliver on there promise to get my $200 worth of products in a reasonable amount of time...Well that time has been pushed back another two weeks from now making it three weeks if it ever happens then ...i this point im not convinced they care about my wait time but have collected and accepted my $$ up front and now blaming their vendor not good for a first time buyer

Had a lovely experience in the Westfield White City Store today. Unfortunately I didn't get the girls name, but she was really nice and gave me a little freebie as a random act of kindness.

I love this store and go in regularly! All the staff in there are great. Best branch I've been to.

I have to give the Malieka a full rating for my customer experience whilst visiting their Westfied branch in White as a satisfied customer due to her great customer service whilst in store.

Her approach was subtle and not the hard sell, sometimes experienced in other different retail stores.

A friendly smile and check in on how I am, goes a very long way to engage a customer.

Malieka was very warm, enagaging and very knowledgeable regarding Lush’s products and was able to provide with we enough information to be decisive in what products best serve me.

She furthered the experience of giving me a demonstration on the effects of my products of choice with a hand massage and may I add, her intuitive and gift with hand massages, enabled me to relax and enjoy the products too.

She engaged in good and soft conversation, which is so important with good customer care as I was able to walk out there feeling as if I had received a spar treatment.

She is a brand ambassador for their products as her passion came through her smile and warmth exuded when discussing their products.

She is an asset to the White City store and I hope she gets some rewards and accolades for her unique and innate genuine demeanour as no amount of training can emulate this.

Thank you Malieka for your professional and people person skills and thank you White City store for having her on board.

Ich fande es ein tolles Erlebnis, im Store konnte man sich die Hände mit verschiedenen Seifen waschen, Kinder wurden auch viel mit einbezogen, die Seifen eignen sich auch gut als Geschenk! Es wurde alles sehr sorgfältig eingepackt und man bekommt sogar eine Probe in einer Dose die man nächstes Mal wieder mitbringen kann!

Lang gewassen met haarproducten die echt rot slecht waren voor mn haren.
In Zweden de shop daar binnengewandeld en daar wat tips gevraagd voor hoe ik mijn haar gezond kon houden. Een paar staaltjes gekregen en sindsdien was ik mijn haar niet meer met producten van de supermarkt maar met lush. Babyhaartjes groeien terug tot geweldig gezonde lokken.

Ook de orange scrub voelt echt geweldig op de huid, echt als herboren fris en fruitig gewassen.

Duur in aankoop maar ik zit nu al maanden mijn haar te wassen met een bestelling van mei en ik kan zeker nog enkele maanden verder!

Popped into the York store today,and had the pleasure of Charlies assistance!a delightful employee, extremely knowledgeable about the products,the ingredients, properties of each ingredient -i was extremely impressed! I was asked about what I was ideally looking for,and as someone who has outbreaks of psoriasis,which certain products really aggravate, Charlie pointed me towards certain suitable products and also understood I was looking for something "fun" scented and which felt somewhat "indulgent"and provided me with some samples:)

I bought four products online and two of them were not fit for purpose. A shampoo bar holder that was too small for the shampoo bar and a serum in a spray bottle that was the texture of firmly scrambled eggs, so it couldn’t spray. I reached out to lush via their live chat on the website - the chat isn’t live. It’s a bot followed by notification that the live chat is actually a messaging service, not a live chat. Hours later I got a message requesting photographs in evidence which I provided. The following day I got a helpful (not!) message asking if I had tried shaking the serum and advising that the shampoo bar would fit in the pot after it had been used a few times. Neither of those suggestions were helpful. I was then advised I could return the products to a store or in the post. Lush products have gotten more and more expensive over the years but the quality has gotten progressively worse. The staff in stores are very helpful but the customer service online is appalling. I’ve bought Lush products for over 20 years but the time has come to walk away. Unless you fancy returning 50% of what you buy - given them a miss.

I had an amazing experience at the city centre lush. She was very knowledgeable about the products and understood exactly what I needed. I have lost the recite but the person that I remember who served me was Sophia/Sophie.

Lovely team and products although i am quite annoyed as an item i had purchased as a gift for my daughter/ for full price/ turned out to be over 1 month out of date 22 days and one month out of date. Honestly she was so happy then saw there was no glitter in her glitter perfume. Maybe because its out of date/ no one noticed or said anything and there wasnt even a discount. Honestly so dissapointed in Lush Cardiff

I brought the blooming beautiful bath bin set it was suppost to have 3 bath boms and when I got home btw I live far away like 2 hours away I opened it and there was only two but the staff were so kind while I was there

Jaren geleden gift card ontvangen van Lush. Poging om deze in te wisselen in de webshop mislukt. Blijkt dat de gift card alleen in fysieke winkels in te wisselen is. Vriendelijk verzoek of deze om te zetten is naar een giftcard voor de webshop vanwege de grote afstand werden door klantenservice afgewezen.
Zeer slechte service.

Ho ordinato due body spray tanto chiacchierati e devo dire con rammarico ed amarezza che ho buttato soldi. Sicuramente sarò stata ingenua nel credere che potessero avere chissà che performance,ma dato il prezzo elevato un po' ci speravo!!!!credo che non comprerò più nulla da questa azienda.sono fortemente convinta che chi parla di determinati prodotti in un certo modo lo fà solo perché pagato. Questa per me è pubblicità ingannevole. A molto meno avrei comprato degli eau de parfum.

My husband visited this store in Tirana to buy a wax melt and it was advertised as 990 lek. My husband went to buy it and she said they were all 990 except the one he choose that was 1200.. he argued with her but bought it anyway.i went in after to check and showed her the ecxact one and she said it was 1000 lek.. she diliberately overcharged him
