The light/alarm

The light/alarm, works exactly as advertised. It is a much gentler way to waken up than a regular alarm. I can't recommend it enough, money well spent.

If you experience SAD even a little, these lamps help

I know I need light when it's dark and gloomy and we certainly have had a lot of that this winter. So I purchased a 2nd Lumie Vitamin L slim Light box to have in the sitting room as my other one is in my home office. The lamps are very easy to set up and are light weight to move around as needed. The light given, is like the light on a Summers day, not blaring, but enough bright light to mimic that kind of light.
Ordering was simple, was. well as payment and delivery was earlier than expected.

Good Qualitiy

Good Qualitiy. Sound ok. Some really unconfortable issues with the handling of light and sound. There is no possibility to edit brightness oder volume when alarm is active. Only possible to turn alarm off an then adjust settings for the next alarm.

Réactivité et professionnalisme

J'ai commandé un appareil de luminothérapie qui s'est avéré défectueux. J'ai contacté par mail Lumie qui m'a aussitôt envoyé les codes-barres pour le retour de l'appareil. Malheureusement pendant le transport l'appareil a été dérobé. J'ai recontacté Lumie qui m'a aussitôt renvoyé un nouvel appareil et celui-ci en bon état de fonctionnement.
Je recommande vivement Lumie pour leur sérieux.
