UPDATE...After at least 20 emails "customer support" (LOL) emailed and said they saw my review on Trustpilot and they wanted to know what they could do to get me to change my review! Are they serious? I've asked for a return shipping label over 20 times. Now they say I can mail the product back to China(at my own expense), what happened to Paris? Or, I can keep it and they will give me 20% of what they stole from me. I canceled the order within the first hour after I placed the order. They shipped it anyway. Now they want me to pay a ridiculous amount to return it to China or keep it and only get 20% credit. This company is a bunch of scamming thieves!

The response time was great and the way my request was dealt with was great.

Don’t buy from this company. They claim to have a 60 day no questions asked refund policy. When I requested a refund, they grilled me with questions and then stated that I had to return the item to China. I looked on the website and there is nothing there stating that you have to send it back to China. It states that upon request, your refund will occur within a few days. Ripoff.

I absolutely did NOT sign up for a subscription. A month after receiving my original order, I got an email telling me my order was being processed. I emailed back saying I had not placed another order and didn’t want it. Their reply saying I had signed up for a subscription was a total lie. I requested proof. Nothing. I had to cancel my credit card to ensure they wouldn’t continue charging me. The worst thing is I should have trusted my instinct that this is a scam company, because it definitely is!

My order was fulfilled in good time, faster than I had anticipated which was great. Customer support was very responsive and professional in helping me with an adjustment to my order - friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. And, I really like the product!

Customer service was great once I contacted them via email. Managing your subscription online isn't the easiest and I never received the verification email. Maybe something to work on.

This was the best customer service experience I've ever had in this type of situation. I feel like it was responded to before I even hit send...:-)

I bought a bottle of the Queen Oil from Lumie - nice enough, however, they have now charged my card again for another bottle - it seems they think I have subscribed to them (I haven't). I emailed them - no response and no way of accessing an account to cancel. I am now having to go through my bank to try to get all future payments put on hold.

They assumed I was subscribing to this product and sent me another shipment and charged my card without authorization. I have contacted them and received no response. I try logging in and they say a link will be emailed to me - doesn’t happen. I am afraid this is a scam - no phone number / only an email address that does jot respond!

Lumie Paris Queen Oil is the biggest scam out there. Nothing more than baby oil dressed up in a fancier plastic bottle.
Doesn’t absorb quickly (if at all)… left a residue for hours!
