Lumie Arvostelua

Lamp is easy to use with straight forward instructions.
Seems to be helping.
Very quick delivery.

Product as described, delivered on time, well packaged.

Easy to order. Quality products every time. Might be more expensive but cheaper versions do not offer same level of light therapy.

I love the Lumie lamp. It has really helped me this winter.

Pleased they still sell the bulbs. Would be lost without our mood light in winter

I bought it for my daughter as a present. She is BA cabin crew and needs to get up very early and hated getting up in the dark. She thinks it is amazing!

Love it!! Everything we wanted and more! Happy sleeping and waking up household now 😊

This genuinely works. I find it so much easier to get up in the dark mornings after just a 20 minute sunrise. My mood is also significantly better through the morning and I feel more awake. Thank you Lumie.

Produit de belle qualité. Acheté en remplacement d'un très ancien appareil Philips.

Product was delivered promptly and as described. It was a gift for someone and they were delighted with the functionality and quality of the light helping them get up in these dark mornings.

I really wanted to love my Lumie Mini but it gave me headaches and nausea. The return process was a little laborious as it required a couple of back and forth emails with customer service (who was very prompt with replies), and a follow up email 2 weeks later to check on refund which I am still waiting for. Despite the hassle and slowness of refund, Lumie customer service is excellent.

Swift delivery. Sturdy packaging. Good quality product.

They were very good with advice prior to purchase.
The product is great, the wake up and go to sleep functions are very good, I prefer the luxe 750 for blue light tones but I'm in a poor signal area so did not benefit from the DAB radio. For this reason i returned the Luxe 750 and kept the bodyclock 300. The sounds are very good and there are a sufficient number to suit any mood. I am very happy with and it is a relief to have good email communication with the company.

Very good description of the product. It arrived on time in perfect condition

Very quick delivery. As always Lumie provide excellent customer service. I have an original model from when they first came out, but it's a bit big for the bedside cabinet and is in the spare room. The newer model is the perfect size and just as good.
Don't be tempted by cheaper "multi-coloured" clocks from Aldi;Lidl; etc. My in-laws got me one and they just don't help S.A.D. You wake up grumpy instead of happy!
Summary: I would recommend Lumie alarm clocks to everyone, it's one of the nicest way to wake up.

easy website, ordered no problem and arrived in good condition within time frame advertised.

Clear & comprehensive description of features made sure I chose the right version for me. I’m very happy with the product, it’s made waking up much less traumatic!

Top service ordered a new bulb for lumie.. bulb arrived promptly and worked perfectly thank you!

Not had time to fully experience the alarm clock as yet, but from what I have seen and heard it’s just what I need. I need to find time to try more sounds than just the birdsong. Product was delivered promptly and just as ordered.
