Luggage Pros Arvostelua

Online service good. Called retail store the salesperson was helpful unfortunately she couldn’t reach anyone in the online department as well. I left a message and so far no response.

Ordered 2 travelpro bags... The 1st was shipped immediately, the 2nd bag took several calls to find out that the item was no longer in stock

First of all, I was sent the INCORRECT luggage set! I am PERTURBED because I requested a specific product weeks before Christmas! I will NEVER order anything else from this company!!!!

Have an upcoming international flight and discovered my current carry-on is no longer accepted since the airlines are cramming everyone in like sardines and decreasing luggage space. Did a LOT of research; checked out lots of luggage carriers; found the exact luggage we were seeking at Luggage Pros for close to $50 less than anywhere we had seen it; ordered it and it was delivered within a week. Great service - great pieces of luggage at a most reasonable savings. Thank you LUGGAGE PROS!

Luggage Pros are the best! Had hard to find luxury brand, in hard to find color, at the LOWEST price on the internet! Terrific communication. Fast fast shipping!

Bought a Tumi bag from LUGGAGE PROS on Cyber Monday. i have ordered from LUGGAGE PROS in the past and they did not disappoint. Best price and my bag arrived promptly in perfect condition.

My Experience was awesome with Luggage Pros. I received my luggage within a couple of days of placing my order and they were over $50 cheaper for the same luggage than anyone else. I would definitely recommend them.

Ordered Piel 24" Duffle. Price was excellent and arrived very quickly. Very satisfied with bag and Luggage Pros. Would definitely use again.

Their online chat customer service is horrible (Amanda). Finally gave up on her. Phone customer service was great.

Wanted solid mid-range luggage and shopped around but couldn't find a better deal than Luggage Pro's! Fast shipping too.

Free shipping but I have to pay 10$ for oversized shipping when it's LUGGAGE is scam. Shouldn't be allowed to say free shipping and secretly tack that nonsense at the end. It's a scummy low class business tactic i might expect from a used car salesman

I ORDERED THESE TAGS ON NOVEMBER 30TH AND TO GET THEM ON WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 6TH THE CHARGE WAS $6.95. I PAID $15.00 TO GET THEM BY MONDAY AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THEM AND IT'S TUESDAY DECEMBER 5TH. LOOKING AT MY TRACKING NUMBERS, THEY ARE STILL IN FLORIDA TODAY. I EXPECT A REFUND ON MY SHIPPING CHARGES.....

I forgot to enter my 10% off code and called to see if they could add it for me. They were very pleasant to work with over the phone and the 10% discount was added and my credit card was adjusted. Nice people to work with! Happy Holidays to everyone at Luggage Pros!

I searched long and hard for the exact right piece of luggage I needed for business travel. I found the piece I wanted and then I found the best price at Luggage Pros. Shipping was free and fast, what more could you want? The next time I need a new piece of luggage I will check Luggage Pros first.

Luggage Pros return policy is excellent! It seems as if they personally
take care of ones order. Their communication with the purchaser is
great. They do what they say accurately and in a timely manner.

“Great duffle bag! It has alot of storage space, light wt to meet my needs and stay within the international airline regulations without having to pay extra. This wheeled duffel will be almost perfect for my upcoming trip to South Africa.
The duffle bag was pricey but it appears to made very well and will hopefully last along time. No more worries of paying extra for over wt bags."
LuggagePros.com has an outstanding selection, super fast shipping and all at a fair price. Two great big thumbs up 👍 👍

I loved my Travelpro luggage. I was disappointed that Luggage Pros gave me a 10% discount coupon for giving my email and then wouldn't accept the coupon when I went to make the purchase of my luggage.

+The bag is designed great and it looks cool. Good quality of the material.
+It fits on a back without sagging pretty much

-It is not staying vertically
-It's hard to get something out from the second section wich close to a back even though the bag is not fully packed.

had to return by a practical aspect

You advertised a 10% discount if I gave my email address. Then you sent an email with gobbledy gook ( the run around ) that my order didn't qualify! FALSE ADVERTISING

Great deal. Delivery was fast and very happy with the Delsey suitcase!
