Disappointing Communication After Payment
Great service up until the payment was made unfortunately, the experience declined significantly afterward. Communication has been extremely difficult, and I’m currently struggling just to receive a response. This is a service meant to support people on an important spiritual journey, yet it feels driven more by profit than by genuine customer care. The lack of follow-up and accountability creates the impression that delays are intentional, as though customers may eventually stop pursuing their concerns. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to Improvements in responsiveness and overall customer experience.

Ramadan Umrah with Caliph travel
I traveled for Umrah with Caliph travel for the first 10 days of Ramadan. My trip was so organized and on time. Everything we were promised to have was true and smooth. Mr. Ammar Fazal was the agent from the company I reached out to when I saw the add on Facebook. He was very very very patient as I wasn’t sure about when to plan for my Umrah. I asked him about the package for two people ( me and my husband), ( but my dream was to take my kids with me). He was very patient and spent his time trying to accommodate my requests as I went from 2 people Umrah to 6 people Mashair ALLAH. He was very passionate about it each time until we figured out what worked for the whole family. The hotels we stayed in, in both Makkah and Madinah, were clean and comfortable, the ziyarat he organized for us were so enjoyable. Jazaka ALLAH Al-Jannah Mr. Ammar and your whole team.
