Luggage Pros Arvostelua

Quality luggage brand that I have previously purchased. Company was responsive & the free shipping was very fast. Would definitely purchase add'l pieces from this company

Best price, fast delivery, perfect packaging, received TravelPro suitcase exactly as described. Impossible to find better service and value.

bought the McKlein W Series McKlein W Series Winnetka Leather Ladies Briefcase with Removable Sleeve SKU: IID85395
Color: Fuchsia. This was a college graduation gift my my son's girlfriend. She will be attending graduate school beginning this fall and I felt she needed something special and more professional than the ol backpack. She LOVED it, was so excited and I could tell that she felt very "adult". The color is so saturated and vibrant. I will say (as you can see above) the description said it had a removable sleeve but it did not. Other than that, great purchase! Oh, and the company did a great job of keeping me informed regarding shipping and delivery and it actually came early!

Fast, efficient service. Helpful.

The Bag was great. I really loved the quality, the price, and mostly the lightness. It was perfect for what I need. I fill it with books and some have stuff, and still didn't exceed the weight limit. I really appreciate the accuracy and shippment time. I am trully satisfied with my order, and I would defiantly recommend and buy again from your business.

Order shipped quickly and arrived fast as well. There were no issues with the order and everything was delivered as described and promised. Would definitely shop from them again in the future.

Fast shipping, great customer service and item as described

WOW! What a wonderful experience! I ordered a Briefcase on wheels for my Granddaughters Graduation in preparation for College one afternoon - and the next day before noon it was sitting on my patio! EXCELLENT products!!! AND EXCELLENT customer service!!! I have highly recommended this company.

Great bag, roomy and durable. Good value. Delivered in two days with free shipping.
I purchased this bag for an upcoming extended Alaska trip. This weekend my wife and I tried it out on a weekend trip to SC. It worked great and was large enough to hold all of the clothes for BOTH of us.
Lots of pockets to separate and secure different items. The internal straps allow you to secure the load to prevent shifting.
One of my favorite features is the external straps which helps secure a large load without putting all the strain on the zippers. We had the bag packed to the max at 45# to avoid the extra airport charges and it came through without any issues.
The handle is hidden in a zipper pocket when not needed and easily extends when needed. Its comfortable and easy to roll. The wheels seem to be durable and quiet. The bag stands by itself without tip-over.
Very happy with the purchase. Only minor is there is no way to attach the small plastic name tag that came with it.

Item delivery methods (for gift card) was confusing. Check out was confusing. I never saw a confirmation page on website. Website redirected traffic and I could not access site. Received two different emails from site,. One email confirmed my purchase, The next email stated there were items still in my cart.

The luggage is beautiful (maybe too pretty to get banged up by the airlines) and super easy to order. It arrived on-time and in perfect shape. The price was lower than Amazon :)

Based on the reviews, I picked this model. Haven't used yet. Fast shipping and good customer service. Looks solid and well packed.

It was easy and good prices. I have bought before from you.
When am I going to get my 10% discount for singning in my email for you promotions? I did not get my discouny on this ourchase

I ordered the personalized luggage tags for my niece and her fiancé. Easy to use and it looks great online. I cant wait until they are delivered!
Update: Received the luggage tags and all I can say is AWESOME! i received them within a week of ordering. They are beautiful and exactly as I envisioned them. I will be buying many more for my siblings, nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins and friends.

I am VERY HAPPY with this product!

Excellent transaction. I absolutely love my new luggage. I would definitely buy again from Luggage Pros!

Very happy with my experience at Luggage Pros. Super fast shipping. I would certainly consider purchasing from them again or recommending to others.

Luggage pros had the bag I was looking for, and at the best price I could find. Site easy to use, very fast shipping - and overall an excellent transaction! Will certainly make sure to use them again when need another piece of luggage!

Been a week and never sent me tracking info, no way to check status without an account, do not use if youre buying for a trip you wont get your item in time. You at least will stress about it for days because you have no clue what’s going on and when you email support they’ll just tell you to chill out.

Perfect! Delivery was earlier than scheduled and the luggage was exactly as described. I haven't traveled with them yet but it appears durable and easy to manage. I will definitely use this company for my future luggage purchases.

very simple to order and shipping procedure is great!
