Luggage Pros Arvostelua

I purchased a rolling computer bag. My order shipped immediately and arrived within 48 hours. The bag is exactly as pictured, elegant and ladylike. I would definitely purchase from Luggage Pros again.

I ordered a beautiful Hartman bag and promptly received it! I would definitely use Luggage Pros again!

Very deceptive offering 10% discount in order to acquire our email address and then claiming certain merchandise is excluded after obtaining the email address. I believe that is fraudulent.

After ordering the suitcase, I noticed an "over sized handling" charge of $15. Why wouldn't this be mentioned in the shipping charges? Very disappointed in this company, and would not shop there again.

I am impressed, ordered item at a good fair price, was told it would be shipped in a day or two. And it was shipped same day. Am used to Amazon, but will look at Luggage Pros first in future. GOod job

You were already priced to your 115% price match with a discount code showing on your website that was easy to see. Honestly, I even chatted with ebags.com whom I had purchased from 3 times before and they wouldn't price match you so guess you've gained a new customer. Happy to be here, lol. Hope your customer service is a easy to get along with as your website and buying experience.

It took THREE times to place this order! I've had the same experience several times before, but have given up. This time, however, had to stay with it, as we are leaving on 10/4. Please expedite this order.

Luggage Pro does not provide enough information I did not know that I would have to wait for my briefcase to be shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse which is located in another state 1,783 miles away if I would have known this I would have ordered the briefcase from the manufacturer myself and not with stupid luggage pro.

I would recommend the Luggage Pros. They are accurate, efficient and forthcoming. When the Spinner carry-on that I have ordered was damaged by delivery company the LP shipped me almost immediately replacement without waiting the return of the broken one. Decent job. I'm satisfied.

I saved lots of money. I had super service. One of the best online purchases I have ever had. Fast safe shipping and no issues.
What a pleasure. Easy to navigate website. Will continue to get my business.

Thanks!!!!

The product was as described and arrived very quickly. I have not used the product yet but very satisfied with Luggage Pros.

Excellent price and service! I have purchased several TravelPro bags. The prices offered by Luggage Pros for TravelPro are very competitive - can't find a better price anywhere. The delivery time was as promised. Definitely recommend Luggage Pros for all luggage purchases.

Luggage Pro offers a wide selection of handbags, totes and luggage at great prices. Watch for their special sales!

Saw a You Tube Video of the particular travel suitcase that I purchased and knew right then that I wanted one. What I didn't know was where to buy it. I am so happy that I chose Luggage Pros. I was able to find answers to all my questions on their website and was delighted with their service!

Easy to order...free shipping...lots of choices! This was the best luggage buying experience ever!

One of the reasons I purchased was the free shipping, it was a disappointing surprise when a 15.00 charge was added for oversized shipping.
This should be stated when looking at luggage and is false advertising.

Fantastic service from these guys. I ordered a Thule laptop bag and noticed a few hours later I'd ordered the wrong size. I sent an email asking if they could switch it for the correct size.

I got a response back a short while later (on a Friday evening after regular close of business no less) stating they'd handle it. My order got swapped out for the correct one and shipped on time with no delays.

Will definitely be checking them first in the future.

Great service, great products and the lowest prices. I did a lot of research before I purchased with luggage Pros. Once I found the quality product I wanted, luggage Pros had it at the lowest price. And their service was speedy and reliable.

Not much of an online shopper, but I had a great experience! Got exactly what I needed in a timely fashion!

The ordering process was easy. The luggage arrived on the day it was scheduled too. The packaging was well done and the luggage is in excellent condition.
