Esperienza unica nel cuore di Lucca.
Esperienza meravigliosa in un contesto molto comodo e funzionale! Parcheggio interno, veramente a pochi passi dalle mura di Lucca e dal centro, piscina personale in un giardino curato con terrazza eccezionale per aperitivi e cene all’aperto. 6 camere matrimoniali, 6 bagni, sala giochi con tavolo da biliardo, salotti e pianoforte per spazi di relax per fare musica e leggere indisturbati. Uno spazio unico in un contesto urbano! E poi…COMICS (e SUMMER festival) A DUE PASSI!!! Da provare assolutamente!!!!

Ci fa molto piacere che abbiate apprezzato la comodità del parcheggio interno e la vicinanza strategica alle mura e al centro storico: sappiamo bene quanto sia un lusso prezioso poter coniugare la tranquillità di uno spazio unico con la vicinanza alle attrazioni della città. È fantastico che abbiate potuto godere a pieno della piscina, della terrazza per le vostre cene all'aperto e di tutti gli spazi dedicati al relax, dalla sala biliardo al pianoforte: creare un’oasi di pace e divertimento in un contesto così vivo è esattamente il nostro obiettivo.
Siamo inoltre felici che la nostra posizione vi abbia permesso di vivere al meglio eventi magici e unici come il Lucca Comics e il Summer Festival!

Beware
First, the apartment was not clean, though to their credit they sent a cleaner the next day. The apartment does not look like the photos, the sofa and rug need updating. The location is close to Lucca center. I had to leave 9 days in to a 32 day reservation due to a death in the family. They only refunded me $670 dollars out of $1, 375 owed me. I had to involve Airbnb to even get that. They then put the unit back up for rent, while making me pay for days I am not there. They kept $818.19 of my money and are pretending this is justified by a long term stay discount. So out of $2000 the long term stay discount was $800? Nope, they just wanted to keep most of my payment. Once I said I had to leave early to get to the funeral, they tried pushing me out the next day. I explained I got a plane ticket a few days from then and would need to stay 4 more days before catching my flight. In all my years on Airbnb I have only had 5 star experiences, until I booked with Lucca Apartment and Villas. Be aware if an emergency arises, they will make excuses to keep your money.

However, we would like to clarify some points that we believe are important and were not mentioned in your review. From the moment of your arrival, you expressed your intention to leave the apartment, a possibility that was offered to you with a full and complete refund, which you subsequently declined. Later, you informed us that you wished to stay a few days to carry out some personal activities, then requested the ability to change your plans again. We would like to emphasize that, in the meantime, we always assisted you with all your requests. At a later stage, you informed us of a family bereavement — a circumstance for which we express our sincere condolences. However, instead of leaving the property, you chose to extend your stay. Even in this case, we did everything possible to support you. In the interest of full transparency, we consistently kept Airbnb updated on your multiple changes of plans, which were not easy to explain given their sudden nature and frequent contradictions with your previously stated intentions. Through Airbnb, we also granted you, despite everything, the maximum applicable refund, taking into account all the various changes of mind and plans. We would also like to note that the refund granted — in addition to being recognized on an exceptional basis — had to take into consideration the long-stay nature of your reservation, for which you received a significant discount at the time of booking. This discount, quite correctly, had to be factored into the refund calculation. Finally, we would like to remind you that a late check-out was also granted as a courtesy, whenever conditions allowed. Our priority is always to offer our guests availability, professionalism, and integrity. We sincerely wish you all the best for your future travels and hope that you can retain a pleasant memory of your stay in Tuscany.

I have never left a review before but I have to say though this apartment looks lovely - in Lucca- and it does have nice features. It is SO noisy. Very hard to sleep - with ear plugs and white noise! The neighbours upstairs sound like they are in the apartment. Also the shower just leaks all over the floor and is weak. Bathrooms definitely need some love!

Great vacation in Capannori in the Tuscany Mountains, beautiful old house with a big pool and a huge garden area.
Never had holidays with such good food everyday. Good restaurants a couple of minutes far away by car.
Lucca a lovely town to visit.

Don't miss a chance to stay at Villa Duemani!
We stayed at Villa Duemani for 1 week with a large group of friends and family. This 10 room lovely villa has gorgeous views from every vantage point, a beautiful pool and a pickleball court! The interior is like a picture out of Architectural Digest. We opted for the chef to prepare breakfast and dinner each day. Mariella and her assistant, Darian were delightful and served outstanding and authentic Italian meals . The manager Loredana was always available and helpful if you needed any assistance. I plan to return again and again...what a treat!
