Lucca Apartments and Villas Arvostelua 

Villa Duemani was a wonderful property! We had a fabulous time and the property manager, Loredana, was so helpful, accommodating, and informative! I highly reccommend a visit to Tuscany and Villa Duemani.

Spacious Apartment with large outdoor spaces in a quiet neighborhood. Staff was helpful allowing us to drop-off bags early and a personal checkout process. WhatsApp was the best method to communicate with staff.

Our Lucca Apartments hostess Silvana made our trip easy and delightful. She answered any and all questions in a timely manner. She offered suggestions when we asked, made reservations for us and gave us tips to make our stay easier.

It has been a fantastic week with such a beautiful view into the Tuscan hills. One of the sweetest owners of a place such beautiful so far and a very professional and comforting Agent to handle all questions and concerns.

Our rental in Lucca at the Fattoria Sardi farmhouse was an absolute dream holiday for my family & I. The residence was extremely charming, warm and comfortable. Our host, Angelica De paoli was simply EXCEPTIONAL! In every facet of our stay, she exceeded our expectations in superb fashion. She was always helpful to us. Many thanks to her for making our time in Italy an outstanding experience.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful Tuscan apartment!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay here near Lucca! We stayed in the ‘Donato’ apartment, a truly beautiful apartment that everything we wanted.

The apartment itself was spacious, decorated in Tuscan style, and equipped with all the facilities to ensure a comfortable stay. We especially loved the outdoor seating area with its cozy lounge set and barbecue, perfect for relaxing with a glass of local wine while taking in the stunning views of the Tuscan hills. The entire apartment is also surrounded by a 360 degree view of the vineyards of Fattoria Sardi! We joined one of their wine tours with a tasting and enjoyed a delicious dinner at the restaurant just across the street — definitely a must-try experience.

Guests also have access to great shared facilities, including a large swimming pool and multiple washing machines and dryers, which were very handy during our stay.

The location is ideal. It is peacefully set among the vineyards just outside the busy center of Lucca, yet still close enough to reach the city easily by car or bike (car is recommended). Inside the apartment, there was a thoughtful booklet filled with great tips for local restaurants, recommended activities, and beautiful places to visit. We followed several of the suggestions and they were all spot-on!

A special mention goes to our wonderful host, Angelica. She was always quick to respond, incredibly kind, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. She even stopped by occasionally to check if everything was to our liking — a lovely personal touch that made us feel truly welcome.

Overall, we absolutely loved our time here and highly recommend it to anyone visiting western Tuscany. Beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, and a host who really goes the extra mile — we’ll definitely be coming back!

We spent a week at villa del nonno as a family and enjoyed our stay at such a beautiful property. The villa was lovely, very spacious for our group of 10, and we loved the feel of a traditional Tuscan villa updated with some nice modern touches. The home was well maintained and clean upon our arrival, and the property manager helped us get settled in and was available throughout the week for any questions. We especially loved the beautiful outdoor space, the outdoor dining area, pool, gardens and stunning sunsets were the perfect backdrop for creating family memories. The villa is well located in a quiet farming area, with easy access to Pisa, Lucca and Florence for day trips. We enjoyed our stay!

Villla Brunetta was amazing, as was the staff. To stay in an historic authentic villa built in 1829 was such a fun experience. The setting was grand, private and quiet except for the happy roosters greeting the morning and the distant church bells reminding you of the community nearby. The Lucca Apartments staff was great, meeting us to show us how to use everything, offering local suggestions, and fixing minor issues in the house the same day. We had thought our space would be the brick building, but it was actually the large white one. The brick building is not used for guests currently so the entire setting was solely for us. The white building does have a smaller apartment there but I leven if it was used, there would be plenty of space and privacy for everyone. It was a delightful and memorable place to experience Lucca and Tuscany. highly recommend.

We recently booked a villa through Lucca Apartments and Villas and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. Communication with the team was quick, clear, and friendly—they answered all our questions before arrival and even helped arrange transportation from the airport.

The villa itself exceeded our expectations: spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect—close enough to restaurants and shops, yet private and peaceful. We especially loved the pool area, where we spent most of our days enjoying the sunshine.
