Very good in sending items quickly. However they certainly don’t want you to return anything as I emailed them a week ago to ask for the returns form, but no word at all.
They keep sending adverts out though but do not answer any emails & there is no phone number for them, as it has been discontinued.

I have a item with doesnt fit i have been trying for 2 days to arrange a return but the refund page cant find my order. the customer form page doesnt work so no way to get the refund or exchange, So i have wasted £36 and still got no sliders for my holiday.

Unfortunately, my experience with this order was disappointing.

My parcel was significantly delayed by Evri and I had considerable difficulty getting a response from Lovell at first. I emailed customer services and also tried repeatedly to use the contact form on their website, but the form appeared not to work and I received no confirmation that my messages had been submitted.

Once Lovell eventually responded, they investigated the missing parcel and have now processed a full refund. I have also received confirmation that the refund has been issued.

I appreciate Anna and the team getting the matter resolved in the end, but the initial lack of communication made an already frustrating delivery problem considerably more stressful.

I hope Lovell improves the reliability of its contact system and response times, because the eventual resolution was much better than the initial customer service experience.

Bought a pair of shoes for my wife. One was stretched of the pair. Sent a an email to complain but no response. The returns process is probably the worst of any online retailer.

So Lovell refunded the shoes as well as the delivery cost. There was no email communication about this and I only noticed it on my bank statement. So they know how customer service works and know how to make things right but their comms are terrible. Changed from 1 star to 3 stars.

I usually check trustpilot before I make a purchase from a new company, I didnt this time- and im glad as I wouldnt have ordered! I have been hunting for some Rugby boots for a very particular 10year old with size 7 feet! I found a pair on here at an exceptionally good price. I ordered and they arrived within 3 days. The box was ever so slightly damaged, but hes not wearing the box! The boots were perfect. I have had no issues what so ever, and would probably look to use them again. The reviews here are concerning, but my experience was 5 star.

The bras had originally arrived across two packages – two in one and three in another. I repacked them accordingly, securely taped the two return packages together and returned all five. I have retained my proof of postage, including the recorded weight of the return.

Lovell has refunded me for only two of the five bras and is disputing the remaining refund of over £80.

Despite providing proof of postage, I have now been given information about the weights of the original outgoing parcels and told that CCTV footage has been checked. I have therefore asked Lovell to provide the records substantiating the weights they are relying upon and the relevant CCTV evidence showing my return being opened and processed.

As I have been unable to resolve this directly, I have now raised a chargeback with my bank and provided them with the supporting evidence.

What should have been a straightforward return has become unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from Lovell again.

I will happily update this review if Lovell resolves the outstanding refund.

Well After reading the reviews I was a bit worried what could gowrong.my partner ordered a barbour bag.no problem whatsoever. It arrived 3 days later.packed correctly. Well happy.will purchase again

DO NOT buy from LOVELL. I still haven’t received my item. They were quick to process it and Evri sent a tracking details but I have still not received my item. Contacted them and still no response. I now want to claim a refund as I had to buy the item from elsewhere

Received dirty shoes with signs of wear the logo inside one of the shoes is partly missing.
Tried using their customer service form to raise the issue but the form doesn't tell you if its succeeded or not (tried on multiple devices and browsers).
Have emailed customer services but no reply 24 hours later.

I ordered two Slazenger trolley cases and both arrived with visible bends/damage inside the cases. . Reading the reviews here has made me quite worried, especially as the only contact option appears to be an online form/email address. I sincerely hope my experience will be different and that Lovell Sports responds promptly and makes the return and refund process straightforward. All I want is to return the two damaged suitcases quickly and receive a full refund. I do not want replacements

The worst! Wish id of read these reviews before I ordered. Paid £7.99 for express 48 hour delivery. They didn't ship my order, its still witb them 5 days later. They dont reply to emails or messages. Just ignore customers. Shambles, scam of a shop

Ordered a good quality skipping rope and when the package arrived, the contents rattled inside which I thought was a bit strange. Well inside was a set of football studs, and a receipt for the skipping rope. I looked for a contact number or email and eventually emailed Lovell customer service saying they had sent the wrong item. I did get a response a couple days later saying please send photos of the item and they would investigate. I sent the images and had no reply. After a few days and several emails without response, I remembered I had paid via Paypal. I contacted them and explained the issue and sent them the various images and they were excellent. They immediately refunded the money pending the case being awarded in my favour. Shortly after Lovell emailed me with an apology and a pre-paid return label. I sent the item back and after a few days Paypal said the refund was permament and the case had been closed in my favour.
About a week later Lovell emailed to say my package was on the way, and although puzzled, I thought maybe they had decided to send the skipping rope as a gesture of goodwill. Just before the package arrived, I got another email stating that as my return could not be identified (despite it having their original label inside with the order number) they could not process the refund and the item was being sent back to me! The package arrived and yes, I am yet again the proud owner of a spare set of football studs!

*Updated: I note your reply as below, but as per my comments above I have received a refund via Paypal with the case being awarded in my favour. The case is now closed and obviously I won't use Lovell again.

Wish I read these reviews before placing an order 😩😩

Placed an order on Thursday 26th well before the order CUT OFF time stated on Lovells website and in there T&Cs. I paid the extra charge for faster delivery, paying for guaranteed 48 hour delivery, for the order to arrive today, Sat 28th.

To date I have received NO dispatch notification, my order hasn't been despatched its still at the "Confirmed/Packing" Status. Ive tried to chase but they have NO customer phone number, only email. No response to email.

Today is the delivery date and my order hasn't even been sent yet. No correspondence from company. Avoid what an absolute shambles!

Absolutely disgusting you have the audacity to advertise a big back to school advert on your home page to then take advantage of parents. Now £50 down with a bank holiday weekend and having to source replacement items before school on Wednesday.

Will be reporting to my bank, also filing a report to klarna, paypal and clearpay that you are sponsored by because im sure they will not want to be affiliated with a business which is run in this way.

Tried to cancel an order straight away as I made an error, no phone number or customer service. By the time I heard back they already had arrived. Poor customer support for 2026.

Ordered rugby boots - a non matching pair of different boots to the order turned up and they refused to send a replacement boot - no telephone number / not a proper business : avoid

Item as described, fast delivery, cant fault the service.

Extremely poor customer service. Just a form to submit or email from which you receive no acknowledgement or reply! No phone number or option to speak to a person.
My parcel has not been received due to the couriers Evri claiming they had a problem with my delivery address, but they were there delivering another parcel at the same time! No customer service provided to help resolve the situation.
The combination of the poor support from Lovell Sports and the increasing frustration with Evri would not recommend or use again!

I have since received a reply to my email and the refund process has been initiated. Hopefully this will result in a better review when this has been completed.

Avoid. Ordered 2 pairs of Elite football boots and not only did they send the wrong type (lower tier pro versions) but they have also sent me completely the wrong stud types when I clearly ordered firm ground. I have tried to get in touch with them via their contact form but am yet to hear anything and surprise surprise there is no phone number to contact. I am now left with 2 pairs of completely the wrong items that I have no use for

Wrong items sent! Ordered 2x Nike air bags for my Son's and they have sent me 2 totally different bags! Now I'm going to have to rush round and get 2 backpacks before they go back to school!! Waiting for a reply from Customer Services so I can return but have heard they take days to reply! I should have ordered elsewhere as the reviews are shocking for this company!

Edit: After finally getting through to Customer Services I returned both the bags but they have only refunded for the one! Awaiting someone to contact me AGAIN so they can refund the whole amount!
