They would get 0 stars if I could! DO NOT order from this company! Shocking! Over a month waiting for a parcel. Didn't get delivered and said 3 times they'd send another with no shipping details. Asked for a full refund. Been ignored! Have sent another email! Absolute waste of a company! Do not order spend your hard earned money elsewhere!!!!!! Avoid!

One star is too generous, made an order on the 15th July they’ve took the money but never sent the product, I’ve contacted them through Facebook and Instagram and they blocked me, I then left a message under one of their pictures on Instagram saying I had ordered but never received the items and they removed it and private messaged me saying to stop spamming their page and I’ll get my products when I get them, very rude and disgusting way to run a business I’d avoid them like the plague!!!!!
Charged for item but not reveived
I have been charged for a hema free builder gel that never arrived. I had no communication or refund from candy coat about this. Awaiting a response from them but I am not hopeful after looking at other reviews.
4 months of no customer service?
I ordered their lucky dip gel polishes along with a free gift back at the end of June. They arrived over a week later (the beginning of July!) all shoved in and falling out of their flimsy and broken plastic packaging. During transit they must’ve been shunted around the van as when I looked at some of the polishes, they were chipped in places with one being cracked with loose bits of glass falling off of the bottle. The crack itself was so sharp it caught on the skin and could injure someone when using it!
I emailed their customer service on the same day I received my order and explained the situation and how unsafe the bottle was, explaining that I was aware of their damaged items being in “Unusable condition” for them to be sent back but still asked for some advice on how they could help me. They responded a week later (baring in mind their policy states they can’t do anything about returns after 7 days) saying that they’d be happy to help with a return and replacement and understood my safety concerns. They however didn’t send me an address or how to return the item until 14 days (mid July by now!) later to which I retuned the item to them the item that same day.
I hadn’t heard anything in terms of a replacement or refund for another month after sending the items to which I emailed chasing up the issues (would have chased up sooner but life gets in the way obviously) where they responded saying they’d “flagged this up with our fulfilment team”?! Whatever that means.
It is now the middle of September, a further month after complaining to them, and I have still not heard anything from them.
I would recommend their gel polishes to those who are just starting with doing their own nails, IF they had better customer service when things go wrong!

0 Stars if i could, I have ordered 3 nail polishes, i selected the lovely rich autumnal reds from their website, 3 different shades, in the post I have received a hot Pink and two hideous orange colours. I have tried to contact multiple times and have had no responses. Will not order again.

Made a small purchase on the 28th August and received the wrong items in my order contacted customer services by email and Facebook, by email took 4 days for a response who said it will need to be investigated then Facebook chat said the replacement item will sent out next day a long with a return label for the wrong item. As of yet still nothing and no correspondence, not sure what happened to candy coat - used to be great but after this will not be ordering again. So disappointed

For some reason when browsing their products, my phone in *ONE* accidental click (autofill) was able to process an order for over £100 of polishes which I did not want to buy! I did not even have to confirm or anything, it went straight through in one accidental click !
I was browsing August 28th and they were in my basket.
I have a disability and emailed straight away asking to cancel so that I could amend my order and place the one I actually wanted.
No answer via email so I sent a DM on instagram.
I was initially told it couldn't be cancelled even though I'd only just made the order.
I was asked for what amendments I needed to make. Told them. Then they said that was no longer possible and It would be canceled and refunded. Fair enough.
14 days later, NO refund and royal mail has now sent me an email saying the stuff I dont even want is on the way. I did everything I could to try to fix my mistake and they have done nothing despite reassuring me.
Candy coat themselves sent an email confirming cancellation and never sent a dispatch email but here we are.
Avoid avoid avoid.
Unless you never have an issue with your order, there will be problems.

Nothing but a Scam
I ordered an item on the 18th Aug, paid for 48hr delivery & it was 'dispatched' on the 20th. Royal Mail have been expecting it since the 20th & over a week later and I still do not have it & there is no reply from their emails.
This company is nothing but a scam, steer clear.

Ordered a set of the candy coat pens and was sent wrong coloures. After more that 8 emails to them they repeatedly told me they would send out a replacement set of the correct colours, more than a month and a half later I am still waiting. Won’t be ordering anything from this company again.

Can’t believer how rubbish their customer service is.
You send an email and sometimes you get one back for more information then nothing.
Other times it’s completely ignored.

Bought the base and top coat and 2…
Bought the base and top coat and 2 colour gel pens. The sage colour came out a milky/clear colour. The result was bumpy and just an awful texture. The pens leak when not in use. Only did one hand and then removed it. Would not recommend or buy again.
Steer clear of this company
As so many other people on here are also saying absolutely appalling customer service. They have been taking money all of this year and not sending the subscription boxes. Cancelled the subscription back in March after months of no products but somehow they keep managing to take the money. They stopped responding to e mails. The person they have answering Instagram messages is rude. Steer clear. Reporting to Trading Standards and my Credit card company as I don’t know how they keep taking money.

September update: still no boxes! Continuing being fobbed off! They took a 3rd payment for August subscription box despite me asking multiple times to cancel the subscription, they said they would refund the money- but haven’t!
Have blocked them at my bank. Referred to trading standards.

Emails unanswered by customer services and 3 different stories of where my orders are when they have replied- wrong address, warehouse software issue, swamped with orders! Which is it?! Some joy from the lady of the Facebook messenger who seems to be truthful and wants to solve customer issues. But I’d love to know when my order will be delivered. How is this company still trading?!
Payments taken no items delivered
I have had a subscription for years but since January have not received my subscription box and am still being charged. I have sent numerous emails and messages and have just been ignored so am now going to trading standards and warn others not to subscribe with this company.

Update - so after still being fobbed off by their ‘customer service’ I posted on Instagram and asked for recommendations of other gel companies as I refuse to use candy coat after their s*** service. Only to then receive a DM from them asking why I would say such horrible things and they’ve only ever done anything to help me, what a laugh. I told them they had done no such thing and I’ve still never received my refund and until I do I won’t be sending back the wrong item. The girl told me I had to send it back before a refund would be put through, even though this was all their error. She also asked me to remove my post as it was defamatory! I showed her emails I had with customer service saying I can hold off returning until the refund was complete. Girl said there must be some miscommunication as that’s not what their process is. I said despite what your process is you’ve fobbed me off for months and I want my refund. The girl on Instagram then said the refund was now through, so basically only after I slated them on social media, and quite rightly so, and after almost 20 emails to them. My refund has now been processed and I’ve returned their precious polish, but will never be using them again. Poor show.
Original review -I’ve been a customer of this company for over 8 years and made many an order and posted their products all over my social media.
However the last few years their customer service has let them down big time. My most recent order has pushed me too far and from reading the latest reviews on here it’s clear to see why. Their service is so bad and their staff very rude. The deleting of negative comments (more likely from people trying to get their attention as they don’t respond to emails), the promises of being sent replacements with them never arriving and the constant emails to try and get their attention is shocking behaviour.
I ordered a new lamp, 2 polishes, remover and buffers. When the package arrived it wasn’t in their usual boxed packaging and was in a large CC pink bag with very little bubble wrap. So much so that before I even opened it I could smell something had leaked. Both polish bottles had smashed and the polish leaked within the little bag it came in.
I immediately emailed to let them know on the 3rd July. I got no response several days later so messaged them on Instagram. Molly answered and appeared to think their emails had been picked up despite me saying I’d had no reply. She said she’d pass on to Nikki who dealt with customer service and replacements would be sent. On the 10th jul I eventually got a response to say they would send out the replacements. Nothing had arrived by the 18th so I dropped another email to ask if they had been sent yet (they are usually very slow to dispatch orders at the best of times). No response again so I messaged on Instagram again a few days later. Molly once again replied and said they had been sent as she personally arranged it. Then her next message said one was out of stock so they can refund that but the other has been sent. Totally contradicting herself. I asked her to clarify and also sent the screenshot of the email from the 10th showing Nikki confirming both were being sent as no one had told me this. I then got an email from Nikki saying they were being sent, again contradicting what Molly said. I expressed my disappointment at the service I’d received. Over 3 weeks to try and send replacements for damaged items due to their poor packaging. I’ve just received another large bag with one polish in it and it’s not even one of the colours i ordered. I’ve since sent another email to explain again and just asked for a refund for both polishes as I’m beyond disappointed now and will no longer buy anything from them again. I messaged Molly on Instagram to ask her to give Nikki a heads up I’ve emailed again and she’s now suggesting for a refund I’d need to return everything! The damaged polishes were binned when I was promised a replacement and I’m now expected to go out my way to return the incorrect polish they sent. Unreal.
Please do not buy anything from this company. Their brand and customer service is one big let down after many years of being at ‘the top’ of their game. It is no longer what it once was. AVOID
