Candystix Arvostelua 8

Ordered 6th May and they generated a Royal Mail tracking number almost immediately. Tracking never changed from the seller is sending us the item. I emailed them 4 times and no response. I did get a response on the website contact form. They said they had posted but must have got lost. I do not believe them as the RM Tracking says otherwise. Said they would arrange to resend and would be posted within a few days. That was the 28th May so I've ope ed a dispute and charge back with my bank. AVOID

Appalling products, I bought this because of the selling points:
Quick coat and done
60 sec cure

All items received were not doing what it says on the box. The only thing that was good was nail file. Applied thin layer of gel and would not cure after device fully charged and used several times on nails and none would set

I like the brush builder so ordered again, was meant to be 48hr shipping and that was 10 days ago. No response to my enquiry email

Avoid ordered on 18th April nothing since 3 emails sent requesting information no reply… SCAM!!

The colour pens were missing. When I emailed them, the woman said they couldn't be because she packed it herself. When pressed she's going to check her cameras and scanners. Made to feel like a theif or something. This was a gift for a friend that's why I checked it before wrapping. I have requested a refund. Wish I had read the reviews first

Awful and had reaction to them. I would like a refund. Going to stick to the brands I know that are better

Part of my order was missing and it took a while before I received the missing items. The colour was lovely however gel can be a bit thick & gloopy. Unfortunately the builder gel pens do not last very long as they only contain 5ml and for this reason I wil not be purchasing from them again.

Ordered a nail kit from Candystix, as of yet I haven’t received the item but the money has been taken from my bank. I have contacted them but no reply as yet
