It's really sad that Lorna Janes quality has gone to crap!
I have been buying for well over 10 years now & the original gear has far outlasted recent purchases in the last couple of years. The prices are way over the top for this cheaper quality. Unfortunately, my adult daughters & I will not be purchasing from Lorna Jane again. We have found another brand of great quality. unless they pick up their game.

This is really sad & won't be surprised when Lorna Jane goes bust!

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to address an issue I have encountered with two pairs of leggings I purchased from your Adelaide Harbour Town store in June 2023. I am reaching out in the hopes of finding a resolution to this matter.

To provide context, I bought two pairs of leggings in different sizes, as I usually do depending on the brand. These purchases were made to use them for my new dance project. Living approximately 7 hours away in Port Lincoln, I opted to buy them in advance. This year, upon completing my dance courses and preparing to commence teaching, I discovered that both pairs of leggings are excessively tight. They restrict my movement and breathing, leaving me thoroughly disappointed, especially considering their relatively high cost. I was eager to incorporate these vibrant leggings into my dance classes, but unfortunately, they are unwearable in their current state.

To provide further context, I want to mention that I tried on both pairs of leggings at the store before purchasing them. At the time, they seemed to fit adequately, and I took care to ensure they were comfortable and suitable for my needs. However, it was only upon wearing them for dance classes that I discovered the extent of the tightness and discomfort. Despite my initial assessment, these leggings are simply not wearable for extended periods, hindering my ability to teach effectively.

I have taken my measurements and weight, and they remain consistent with last year's. I continue to wear all my other sportswear in the same sizes without any issues. It seems that these leggings from your company are poorly designed. I have previously owned Lorna Jane leggings without encountering such problems. However, the two pairs I purchased are incredibly uncomfortable, making it impossible for me to wear them.

I want to emphasize that I am aware of the 30-day return policy mentioned by your company. However, the issue I am experiencing is distinct from a typical return due to dissatisfaction with the product. This situation involves a fundamental problem with the design or manufacturing of the leggings, as they are significantly tighter than expected and impede my ability to wear them comfortably. Therefore, I am reaching out for assistance beyond the standard return process, as I believe this issue requires special attention and resolution.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. I have only tried on the leggings in question twice, wearing each pair once and removing the tags as recommended before use. On both occasions, I was eager to return home and remove them immediately. I have attached the receipt for my purchase for your reference.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide a solution to this situation, whether it involves an exchange, refund, or any other appropriate resolution. Your prompt attention to this matter would be sincerely appreciated.

Horrible customer service; live chat is never available. Lots of standard chatbot replies without any real follow-up on refund. Very disappointed.

I made an online order for 4 pairs of secret socks on 25th January 2024, the payment for which has been verified. However, I have received NO documentation from Lorna Jane and no goods delivered. I have rung customer service three time; no response at all from the first two messages I left and a response after my third call informing me that I need to go on the chat line and make my complaint there. Ironically, I was then told to have an amazing day. After a number of messages sent on the chat line; the chat explained that I needed to persevere and to escalate the process through the writing of a review. The failure to provide goods that have been paid for, is in my understanding, against consumer law whilst the failure to effectively address consumer complaints is simply unwise business practice.

Told at checkout I was eligible for a free diary or cookbook. Not that interested in either but chose the diary. Opened as I left the store to look through. Received my electronic receipt via email later that evening. A bunch of disounts had been applied that I was unaware of. Had been charged for the diary. I was actually $1.25 away from meeting the $150 dollar threshold to receive this free purchase - I was therefore charged for the diary. Really unhappy about this - customer service via live chat/bot essentially told me tough sh* via their scripted policies and T&Cs.. nice

I supposed that was Italian website, but it wasn't.Was from China.
I received a pair of sunglasses indeed of top and short,and when I try to talk with the customer services the only way to solve was a refund of 35%.
Very bad experience.

I had a faulty pair of 3/4 length tights that were purchased around 18 months ago. Took them back to the store at Robina who advised I must liaise with their online customer service agents who advised I must have a receipt to which I replied there is only one Lorna Jane shop so I could not have purchased them from anyone else other than Lorna Jane. A replacement should have been offered, I was not expecting a refund. No service and terrible communication! You have lost a customer Lorna!!

Fiona at the Lorna Jane store in Burleigh Stocklands is one of the most amazing store representatives I’ve ever encountered 🤩
I walked into the store unsure of what to get. I left feeling confident & happy.
I will be returning tomorrow afternoon to continue shopping as I didn’t realise it was 5:45pm and by the time I left the store it was after 6pm. Not once did Fiona hurry me along.
Fiona asked the right questions, but most importantly ‘listened’ to me. Fiona was encouraging, genuine and has a beautiful uplifting personality. She is definitely 💯% a great asset to Lorna Jane.

I ordered some gym wear from the Lorna Jane Uk website which seems to be an outlet as all prices are reduced. I love LJ products and still have many that I’ve bought from House of Fraser and Amazon. However the UK website never responded to my order, no acknowledgment and didn’t reply to my emails. After 4 weeks I made a claim via PayPal and PP refunded me straightaway. Can anyone from LJ please advise where I can order LJ products from in UK? Thanks in advance

Heb meerdere keren contact gezocht en kreeg na 1 maand de mededeling dat ze het zouden opsturen en vervolgens niks meer gehoord.

Very rude and bad customer service
On January 29th, between 5:15 and 5:40 pm, I visited Lorna Jane at Stockland Burleigh Waters. Unfortunately, I left my Lorna Jane hat behind, and upon returning later, I found the store closed. When I called this morning to retrieve my hat, a middle-aged woman informed me that she had left it outside the door due to limited space inside the store. She expressed an inability to manage the hat and claimed it wasn't there anymore, implying it was lost. This response seemed to be in line with the way she has been trained to handle customers' forgotten belongings.

$90 Flashdance Pants got rips in the thighs after LESS than two months of wear. I am not a big girl and I even bought a size up in order to obtain the baggy fit which leaves me with the conclusion that the pants are of horrid quality. Really upset as I saved really hard to get these pants. I’ve been ignored by customer service so far so not expecting an answer here anyways but would love some explanation as to why they use a stitching/material that is clearly extremely poorly suited to its task. This is an active wear company and its pants should be able to be used for ACTIVITIES!! In total to think I wore the pants 10 times throughout the past 60ish days.
I’m sure that if I do get a response from customer service it’ll fall under “user wear and tear” or “user error” but i think that’s ridiculous. I’ve got KMART clothes from 2011 that are still going. So should these pants.
