I purchased leggings from Rundle Mall store. No email receipt received. They refuse a printed out receipt. Worker kept coming in change room when I was half naked. I'm never shopping there again. I see they are going bankrupt anyway.

I went in store with the intent to leave with a much needed workout tank and tights. The lady in store asked if I needed help, no smile, very serious. I said I was looking for a workout top and needed new tights. I sorted the tights out without any hassle as I knew which ones I wanted. As for the tops, well… After walking around the store, the lady approached me and looked down at my open gym bag as if to suggest I may have been placing clothing in it. Her eyes were doing a good search. I found this to be offensive and rude. Then when I found a tank top I loved she replied “oh no but thats fitted” and then suggested I “need a tank style loose muscle style shirt”. Once again, she seemed to be implying I would not suit a fitted top. I live in fitted stretchy tops so once again found this rude. Im a size 16 or L-Xl in LJ tops.
Then she seemed frustrated in her tone of voice and fed up facial expression and asked “do you just want to buy the tights today” as
if to suggest she was fed up. I said “well on that note, yes, I will leave the tank
top for another time”. If I didn't need the tights I would have walked out.
I have shopped with LJ for so many yrs and most of my activewear is LJ.
I didn't find this lady's customer service friendly or helpful at all.
Friendly customer service is the key to happy customers and making a sale.
She could do with some intense training.

Love all my other tights from lorna jane , just that the black phone pocket tights are not same quality as they used to be i guess because of the new recycled material they just don't last as long but I guess have to accept changes sometimes

I have been a loyal customer of Lorna Jane for many years and have always loved their style and quality. In my recent online purchase, I encountered an issue with the process, but the support team was extremely responsive and resolved it quickly. Highly recommend their products and service!

I have been purchasing 7/8 ultimate support tights for over 5 years. The newest one I got last week was an inch shorter in length, half an inch smaller in the waistline and the waist band kept rolling down. When I first put it on, it felt very snugged, I thought it might just because it is new. After few ware, I measured against my other 3 pairs and the whole design was different. Very disappointed and will not purchase again.

I use to love Lorna Jane Amy leggings , but lately have noticed they are all perishing in the knees , the quality has drastically decreased. I know others are having same issues

I used to love LJ, but the quality of the products has slipped. Years ago, I bought a nice visor from LJ and I use it to this day, very comfy, but it is getting old so I got a new one a couple of weeks ago. I didn't expect to have any issues as it should essentially be the same product, but after wearing it I noticed that it was really digging into my skin and leaving marks, it was not too tight, it was just that the finish on the product is very poor and not smooth. I tried to return it but they wouldn't take it back as I threw out the tag. They said I needed to have a tag even if the product was faulty, which is ridiculous!!

UPDATE: So I contacted LJ through the chat as advised and it was a complete waste of time. They would not accept a return as I have no tag and told me that I should have tried the visor on before purchase (which I obviously did - but wearing something for a couple of minutes is not the same as for a few hours). They said I should give it to someone if I don't want it. Well, maybe LJ is happy giving poor quality stuff to unsuspecting people, but I'm not. So now I not only have wasted money, but also more time.

I have been purchasing and using Lorna Jane products since my children were babies (early 2000's) and have loved the quality and how long they last (I still have some clothes from then), however, I am extremely disappointed to have gone into my local store today to purchase some items and was told I could not use cash. I don't have cash often but when I do, I expect to be able to use it. I still purchased, relunctantly. However, when researching your decision on why you have become cashless, I feel you are not being transparent at all. I think your team members are now at more risk of disgruntled customers having to explain why they can't take our cash. I respect your right to not take cash but have to admit that my longstanding respect for this Aussie grown business is now not great. I will now shop at alternative brands like lululemon (shame money will go offshore) where I have the option of how I pay. It definitely left a sour taste for me.

CALLING OUT CASHLESS BUSINESS LORNA JANE. I was about to purchase $550 of clothing when I noticed the sign on the counter CARD ONLY, “DISGUSTING” anti life policy. Never shop there. Now I know why NO ONE was in the store!

I think it's disgusting you no longer accept cash in your stores. This terrible decision has fallen upon your staff to deliver to customers which I'm told quite often leads to customers being upset at the staff. I was about to make a $400 sale and instead opted out as I refuse to support a business that doesn't accept cash.
Maybe, if this is the direction LJ wishes to take they should employ only those equipped in conflict resolution as a regular sales clerk does not get paid enough to have to deal with the decisions made by those that never work in store.

I just tried to buy a birthday gift voucher for $50. The transaction was initially declined and then suddenly 4x transactions have been taken off of my bank account!! Seriously!!! And to add insult to injury, the transaction is still sitting in the shopping cart! and there was no clear explanation on how to complete a gift voucher purchase with pins etc!!

Seriously disappointed!! Want a full refund!

My leggings I received had a small hole and the team replied instantly to my chat and within a few minutes had arranged for a returns label to be emailed to me so my leggings can be replaced.

I just had the most lovely experience with the online customer service team. In particular Trinity. I reached out about an issue I had and Trinity went above and beyond to help me.
They definitely have a loyal customer in me with the service they were able to provide. Also sidenote- The Lotus leggings and shorts are the comfiest leggings shorts I’ve ever worn! I’m a plus size girly and I was sceptical at first but these have replaced any other pair I own! Thank you again to Trinity & The customer service team!

ISABELLA is incredible. Was so lovely and kind and able to help return a pair of tights and arrange for another pair to be sent back. She even included a postage label. 12/10

I just walked into LJ for the first time and had an amazing in-store experience. I was looking for maternity pants and was immediately helped on walking in. I’m only 12 weeks so I know it wasn’t pregnant privilege ;) I was in a bit of a rush but the staff helping me were so efficient and knowledgable, they had me in and out of there in 20 minutes with three new pairs of pants I adore. It was busy, but they were still attentive and helped me find the right sizes from the fitting room so quickly. I didn’t get a chance to peruse the tops but 100% would go back.

Online shopping is a quest.
After the purchase made no confirmation email sent. Lorna Jane doesn't answer emails and all phone numbers are wrong or discontinued.

Hands down the fastest most efficient response I’ve ever received on a chat platform.

I bought a pair of the grey Amy tights with the phone pocket on the side just less than a year ago. Besides a sports bra that was gifted to me, this was my first purchase from Lorna Jane. I was expecting the quality to be great and at first they were amazing but after a few washes the fabric started to give and the eventually I had small holes appearing at the seam and also these weird areas where it’s like the fabric is becoming super worn and the elastic in the fabric is like disintegrating or something in these certain areas which are like the size of a 20c piece. I’ve had to throw them away and I’m going to stick with LSKD from now on. I bought tights from them way before I bought my Lorna ones and they’re still going strong plus I’ve worn them way more.
