Mau serviço da plataforma Looking4You, na qualidade de facilitadora na comparação e encaminhamento de soluções de estacionamento, pela forma como promove operadores com base no preço sem, aparentemente, assegurar padrões mínimos de qualidade, fiabilidade e cumprimento do serviço contratado pelos parceiros que integra.
A minha experiência concreta ocorreu com o operador Top Parking Porto, contratado através da vossa plataforma, e foi manifestamente inaceitável.
À chegada, fui confrontado com uma situação de extrema gravidade: o meu veículo não era localizado, tendo eu permanecido à espera durante cerca de duas horas e trinta minutos sem que me fosse dada uma explicação clara, objetiva e tranquilizadora sobre o paradeiro da viatura. Acresce que não foi prestado o serviço de valet contratado, o que por si só representa incumprimento do serviço adquirido.
A situação assumiu contornos ainda mais preocupantes pelo facto de o veículo apenas ter sido encontrado com recurso ao geolocalizador instalado na própria viatura, e não por capacidade de controlo, organização ou rastreamento do operador responsável. Isto significa, na prática, que o operador não sabia com rigor onde se encontrava o veículo que lhe tinha sido confiado.
Uma plataforma como a Looking4You, ao apresentar operadores e ao facilitar a escolha do consumidor com base em critérios comparativos, não pode limitar-se a funcionar como mero agregador de preço, alheando-se da qualidade efetiva do serviço prestado pelos parceiros que publicita e recomenda. Quem utiliza a plataforma parte do pressuposto legítimo de que os operadores nela incluídos oferecem um nível mínimo de fiabilidade, segurança, organização e respeito pelo serviço contratado.
No caso em apreço, isso não aconteceu.
Assim, considero que a Looking4You falhou no dever de diligência que lhe é exigível enquanto intermediária de serviços, ao não salvaguardar, controlar ou pelo menos monitorizar adequadamente o nível de serviço dos operadores que disponibiliza na sua plataforma.
Após leitura do vosso comentário, apenas reforço tudo o que foi dito anteriormente.
Continuam a querer desresponsabilizar-se no dever de diligência, deficiente acompanhamento dos serviços prestados pelos operadores cujo o serviço pode ser comprado na vossa plataforma!

Am 13.02,2026 hatten meine schwer gehbehinderte Frau und ich einen Valet Service über looking4 mit Park & Fly gebucht. Die Gebühr wurde mir von meinem Kreditkartenkonto schon im Dezember von Looking4 abgebucht.
Als wir wie in der Bestellbestätigung stehend bei der Telefonnummer anriefen, teilte man uns mit, dass wir nicht im System seien.
Wir fuhren trotzdem am Abflug vor, wurden aber nicht erwartet,
Nach nochmaligen Anruf teilte man uns eine Adresse mit, die wir anfuhren.
Dort sagte man uns das wir gegen eine nochmalige viel höhere Gebühr den Wagen dort lassen könnten.
Der Transfer zum Abflug gestaltete sich Problemlos.
Schon aus dem Urlaub kontaktierte ich Looking4, mit der Forderung der Zurückerstattung des doppelt und zu hohen zweiten Betrags.
Dort spielte man auf Zeit. Erst konnte man unter der Buchungsnummer nichts finden, dann musste man den Parkservice kontaktieren und letztlich forderte man noch Unterlagen an die schon längst vorlagen.
Seit dem Sendepause.
Ich behalte mir rechtliche Schritte vor wie Strafanzeige wegen Betrugs.
Man kann sich vorstellen, dass ich mit diesen Firmen nichts mehr Buchen werde.

Effettuo prenotazione online e ricevo conferma. Chiamo a tutti i num di cell indicati nella mail. Al primo numero di risponde un operatore maleducato che mi dice che l'ufficio è chiuso. Agli altri numeri nessuno ha risposto.
Ho dovuto pagare una nuova prenotazione in aeroporto. Pretendo la restituzione dell"acconto versato.

Attenzione: non è davvero modificabile!
Ho acquistato una sosta pagata di 49,27 € "modificabile fino a 48h prima" per tutelarmi da eventuali imprevisti. A causa della cancellazione di un volo Wizz Air, ho provato a spostare la prenotazione di sole 24 ore (mantenendo invariata la durata della sosta, 2-10 agosto anziché 1-9 agosto). Il sistema richiede un supplemento di 48,00 €, praticamente il 100% del valore originale. Per fortuna almeno mi hanno permesso di cancellare la prenotazione, ma ora dovrò cercare un'alternativa con delle tariffe assai più alte rispetto a quando avevo prenotato il mio parcheggio. La prossima volta resterò fedele a MyParking.

Leggo la vostra risposta, ma vorrei chiarire un punto fondamentale.
La prenotazione è stata effettuata e pagata tramite la vostra piattaforma (riferimento: L4P-1-7443512 ), sulla base di condizioni da voi pubblicizzate, tra cui la possibilità di modificare la sosta fino a 48 ore prima. La modifica richiesta era minima: uno spostamento di sole 24 ore, senza alcuna variazione della durata complessiva. Eppure, mi è stato richiesto un supplemento di 48 €, praticamente pari al costo totale già pagato (49,27 €). In queste condizioni, parlare di “prenotazione modificabile” è fuorviante.
Vorrei sottolineare che il parcheggio in questo caso non ha alcuna responsabilità, perché non ho avuto nessun contatto con esso: non sono ancora arrivata al parcheggio, non ho mai usufruito del servizio e il mio contratto era direttamente con voi come agenzia tramite. Ogni comunicazione, pagamento e promessa di modifica è passata attraverso la vostra piattaforma, quindi la responsabilità è interamente vostra.
Accusare il parcheggio o spostare la responsabilità su terzi non cambia i fatti: la mia recensione riguarda la trasparenza, l’affidabilità e le condizioni effettive del servizio che voi avete venduto. Invitare a rimuovere una recensione veritiera invece di spiegare perché una modifica minima(in sintesi solo lo spostamento di un giorno) costa quanto una nuova prenotazione non è una risposta adeguata.
Ritengo quindi la recensione pienamente pertinente, e utile ad altri utenti per valutare con attenzione le condizioni reali delle prenotazioni tramite la vostra piattaforma.

Airport didnt recognise the booking i paid for! Awful. They then write a reply to try to deny accountablility without looking at my details or payoing me back . Their confirmation email (receipt) clearly has their business heading and shows the amount I just paid to them - an amount apparently nicked from me becasue they still havent refunded me. I had to buy another parking ticket as their scam wasnt recognised by the airport!. What a waste of my time and probably other people's too! DO NOT USE "LOOKING4 PARKING". They owe me over £100 and havent paid me back. Time to involve the authorities soon.

Ho effettuato una prenotazione pagando online e solo dopo aver completato il pagamento mi è stato comunicato che avrei dovuto lasciare le chiavi dell’auto: un’informazione fondamentale completamente omessa all’inizio. Questo è inaccettabile e poco trasparente.
Inoltre, la posizione del parcheggio non corrisponde a quella indicata su Maps durante la prenotazione, risultando fuorviante e creando notevoli disagi.
Ho richiesto immediatamente la cancellazione e il rimborso, ma la richiesta è stata ignorata. Servizio clienti inesistente e comportamento assolutamente poco professionale.
Sconsiglio vivamente: esperienza poco affidabile e deludente sotto ogni aspetto.

If I could review as a 0 star I would. Very poor customer service and false advertisement. DO NOT USE. Service I paid for through an app didn’t exist and when I tried to ask for a refund, they said this was not possible as per the general T&C.

Bardzo nam przykro z powodu Pana/Pani opinii o parkingu.
Looking4.com to internetowa strona porównująca ceny i pośrednik rezerwacji usług parkingowych, reklamujący się za naszym pośrednictwem na całym świecie. Nie jesteśmy właścicielami ani operatorami parkingów, ani nie świadczymy usług na miejscu. Zgodnie z warunkami rezerwacji, umowa o usługę parkingową jest zawierana bezpośrednio z danym parkingiem.
Ta strona z opiniami dotyczy usług rezerwacyjnych świadczonych przez Looking4.com, a nie usługi parkingowej, z której Pan/Pani skorzystał/a. Dlatego też zwróciliśmy się z prośbą o usunięcie opinii, ponieważ została ona opublikowana na niewłaściwym profilu firmy.
Ponieważ nie podał Pan/Pani numeru referencyjnego rezerwacji, nie udało nam się go sprawdzić w naszym systemie. This is by far the worst one.
This is by far the worst one.
Called the number 20 mins before as requested. No answer after 14 calls
Locating stuff took longer than needed.
Staff not in uniform like email stated.
Ended up having to pay extra to Gatwick
Made me very stressed and rush to check in.
Staff member almost did not give me any documents and went to walk away.
Staff member did not give me instructions on what to do on return like email suggested.
I'm flying out now. Made my flight but their terrible service cost me time and increased my stress. I am also fasting.
Dreading facing this when I return.
There's plenty of others you could use. Don't use these guys

We do not own or operate the car parks or provide the services onsite. As per the terms and conditions of your booking your contract for the parking service is directly with the individual car park.

Aprés reservation pour navette aeroport…
Aprés reservation pour navette aeroport rome via Ryanair.
Les indications ne sont pas le bonnes. Nous avons attendu 1heure au mauvais endroit.
Et la navette qu'il fallait prendre de ryanair n'était meme pas celui de looking4transfert comme indiqué dans le mail. Il se situé au l opposé de l'endroir indiqué
