Booked space in Jet3 car park from 2/01/2026 till 28/1/2026 unfortunately we loaded our car up with cases Car would not start we tried a few time no luck we were then panicking so we had to phone for taxi from Liverpool to Manchester Airport when we arrived at airport I email looking4parking and explained our situation I had purchased cancellation cover The rely was I I was only covered up to 1 hour before entry to car park. We were stressed getting to airport and checking in and then be told we would not get refund I did mention I was not looking for full refund but something would have been nice would think twice before using again. This is what is in terms (Requests to cancel bookings are only valid if you contact us directly. Cancellation requests can only be accepted during our office hours (which are Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm GMT) and remain subject to the above notice period. If you submit a cancellation request outside of office hours, please take into account that your cancellation request will only be accepted once our office hours start. If this is less than the notice period for the product then your cancellation request will not be accepted.)

I can view the email requesting to cancel the booking was sent after the pre-booked drop off time.
The cancellation protection does allow cancellations up to 1 hour prior to arrival at the car park, if this is outside office hours, the cancellation can be actioned online via My Bookings.
Unfortunately, as your cancellation request was sent after the final 1 hour of arrival at the car park this did not meet the terms and conditions and we were unable to cancel and refund the booking.
Depending on your individual circumstances, you may be able to claim the cost of your car parking back through any travel insurance you may have. If you require an insurance document to assist with the claim then please do not hesitate to contact us.

Booking and amending
Although easy to book I did have problems amending my booking when it asks for extra info after payment. I emailed customer support who came straight back to me and when I emailed them the details, amended immediately.

Mauvaise expérience
Nous avons vécu une très mauvaise expérience avec ce service de transfert.
La réservation a été faite a la suite de la réservation de vol sur Ryanair.
Aucun créneau horaire n'a été proposé sur la page de réservation pour la navette aéroport - centre ville.
La réservation a été faite en enregistrant notre vol et notre heure d'arrivée a destination aller et retour.
A notre grande surprise, a la sortie d'aéroport nous apprenons que le service navette que 'ous avons réservé s'arrête plus d'une heure avant notre arrivée.
Nous avons du repayer sur place une autre navette.
Même problème pour le retour, les horaires de navettes ne correspondaient pas avec notre horaire de vol.
En contactant le service client, la faute nous est retourné : nous n'avons pas pris la peine avant de valider la réservation d'aller consulter sur le site les horaires de navette.
Aucun remboursement n'est possible.
De plus, aucune facture n'est possible, seul lemail de réservation fait foi de cette achat.
Nous ne recommandons bien-sûr pas ce service.

Great communication
Used this service a few times and very good customer service skills. Booked another stay and in put the wrong data for booking and didn’t realise until I got confirmation booking. Emailed them straight away and was all resolved in less than a couple of hours

stationnement surfacturé
stationnement commandé à Ryanair, selon mes horaires de vols.
J'ai mal contrôlé mon ticket (avec code d'entrée) : horaire de départ parking affiché 00h00, stationnement payé jusqu'à 12h00.
Pour les horaires affichés sur le ticket Looking4Parking, j'aurais dû payer :"aeroportbeauvais" : 47,00 €
et pas 63,00 €
impossible de récupérer le remboursement du supplément indu.
Sur Trustpilot, l'entreprise m'indique m'avoir envoyé une réponse, qui ne m'est jamais parvenue, et me promet de nouveau une réponse; le semaines passent....toujours sans réponse. Nouveau mensonge!
nous sommes en juin 2026, toujours aucune réponse....

Ho prenotato e pagato online posteggio a Firenze. Tutto molto facile .
Arrivati alle 3.45 di notte abbiamo telefonato e in 15 minuti e arrivato il signore molto gentile.
Al nostro rientro purtroppo abbiamo avuto dirottamento del volo, perso la coincidenza per il secondo volo, e abbiamo dovuto prendere un pullmino da Roma a Firenze. E quindi l'orario per il ritiro della macchina è stato posticipato. Molto gentile il signore ha aspettato che siamo arrivati.
Lo consiglio .

Looking4.com are an online only price comparison website and booking agent for car parking services that advertise through us globally. We do not own or operate the car parks or provide the services onsite.
I can view we were contacted with a request to extend your stay.
Once your vehicle is in situ no amendments can be made to the booking, this is the case for all airport car parking.
I can see we responded to your email and advised we were unable to amend the booking however, you could pay the car parks overstay charge on your return and this would be payable directly to the car park.
We also advised you can use the contact number on your booking confirmation to contact the car park directly or contact us again should you require any further information regarding the overstay.
