Helpful person - 3 agents rang me within a few hours of speaking to him.

This service is deceptive. It says they will not share your details but within minutes of completing the required info to get the ratings on agents I was bombarded. You actually don’t get any useful information on the agents without further connecting. Now I’m stuck fielding calls which is exactly what I didn’t want!

I found the LocalAgentFinder website misleading, I didn't think I had clicked on anything that would share my contact details with real estate agents. However, I ended up getting annoying cold calls from agents because my details had been shared by LocalAgentFinder.

I filled out all my information and didnt get what I was after.

This site is just mining your personal information as the final results do not reveal the agents commission percentage or the hidden fees that you will have to pay like advertising and "promotional" costs. Additionally it puts you in unwanted contact with agents in your area that you dont want to deal with. I would also question the accuracy of the comparison as it did not list a very good agent in my area.... maybe this is really a service for agents having trouble getting business in your area ?? go figure.

Only take contact information, never provide comparisons at the end. Than you get call from all agents.
Don't waste time filling out all details, you won't see results

This is a really useful tool for sourcing a local agent :)

Very average service delivering a choice of far too many (22) agents but not including the top agents in the area who probably don't pay to subscribe to this service.
