Don’t use this service. False advertising very pushy, they don't listen to clients. They say in the website that they won’t send your details to anyone but upon submitting your details they ring you straight away and send all your details to 3-5 agents whether you like it or not. I didn’t want agents calling me I just wanted comparison rates and I will contact the agents myself based on their rates. Services are not clear. I told them not to send my details out but they did it anyway. Made my experience so much more overwhelming. Never again.

It was a very informative conversation about exactly what the Finder did and how they got paid. She also suggested how to use it effectively so as not to get overwhelmed with callers, and possible questions to ask.

I applied for inspection of a rental property with Leigh Hayden who appeared there on time and really had a supportive approach. In less than two days after receiving of my rental application, I got the approval call and email for renting the property I inspected. I did not realise that I was registering for an influx of realestate agents calling.
My purpose in using the service was to gather additional information about performance indicators for agents who we were already in discussion with. I understood that the site was offering this.
So, the site did not work for me.

I'm sure your service is fine if users don't mind having multiple agents chasing them. I did not expect to have agents phoning me before I'd even finished reading your email about what you offer. My plan was to absorb info you provided, make a choice of about 3 agents and then for me to contact them, not me having to bat them away. I do understand however that agents in your scheme want to do it the other way around. It's common in so called comparison sites.

I had the agent come out within a few hours and I felt very comfortable with her to sign and put my house on the market

I was contacted by Bree when using LocalAgentFinder today. Bree took the time and asked the right questions so she gained a good understanding of what I was after. She was then able to quickly provide the info I wanted and suggested additional things I hadn’t thought about. Overall I was very happy with Bree’s assistance.
