Absolute rubbish, they obviously paid for the positive reviews because the experience is completely different. This is nothing like what they say on the website. There is no side by side fees comparison, you have to contact the agent to find out their fees.
Now I keep getting phone calls, text messages and emails.

I thought this would save me having to deal with agents I had no interest in using .
First they sent me a list of agents and their sales and none of them had sold anything in my area and yet there had been 3 sales in my rural road in the last 12 months. I rang them and said to cancel any further actions , but they then “listed” my property to agents and then straight away I was bombarded with phone calls , the exact opposite to what I was trying to do .
Under now more pressure to sign up , I did choose an agent , who I had talked to a year before , the property eventually sold , and Campaign Agent got their $5000 referral fee from the agent , yep $5000 for nothing , but the agent I rushed to sign up ended up being absolutely useless , and one of the worst mistakes I have made financially.

I found a new agent immediately who addressed all my needs as landlord. Process was very quick and easy. Many thanks.

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the misleading advertising of your service as "free." While you do not charge customers directly, the cost is ultimately passed on to real estate agents, who in turn factor this into their fees—meaning sellers like myself end up paying for your service indirectly.

Had I been fully aware of this arrangement from the outset, I would not have used Local Agent Finder. Your lack of clear disclosure about how your service is funded is misleading, and I believe it should be transparently communicated to customers before they engage with your platform.
