Excellent service well packaged and swift delivery highly recommended

When only half the order arrived, my email was promptly answered, I was reassured and the rest of the order arrived the following day - probably split in 2 as so bulky.

communication could be better but product and delivery were 1st class, and the best price i could find.

I’ve been using Little Peckers for years for bird food without issue but things seem to have gone wrong recently. Both my last two orders only half the delivery came and I had to chase the second half - most recently multiple times with no proactive action taken by the company to keep me informed. Eventually I was issued a refund. A shame as this was a great company and the prices are excellent - but can’t now rely on them so I won’t be using them until there’s a big improvement in service.

Great range of wild bird food and accessories for your garden. Lots to choose from and sensible prices too. We will be buying from Peckish again.

4 Pkts of Brambles Hedgehog food arrived well packed. Took a week from date of ordering to arrive. Notifications minimal but adequate.

Great value sunflower hearts delivered well packed in 2 days

Waited a long time for delivery of Peanut Granules when they did arrive for whatever reason the birds are not eating them. I've bought a great many kibbled peanuts over the years and they have been my wild birds favorite food but Little Peckers variety have been ignored.

I waited for weeks for them to ship my order of pet food and had to chase it up. Slow to respond and after they finally did bother to ship it, it was inadequately packaged in a flimsy box despite being a 20kg package.
The whole box fell apart and the bag was ripped open and leaking everywhere and was dumped by their courier in my garden.
It was totally infested with bugs when I found it and entirely worthless.
I emailed customer service to complain including photos of the package as it had been delivered. They asked me for a chat transcript from the courier (it’s not my job to contact them?) and demanded I write out by hand a document and sign it for their benefit!
They told me I should weigh the amount of wasted food for them!!! No thanks I’m not touching bug infested dirty food off the floor.
They admitted that they have a lot of products that get split open in transit so clearly they don’t care about how poor their packaging is.
I was absolutely disgusted with the service and even more so the aftercare. I had asked for my order to be replaced which I thought was warranted given the situation but they weren’t willing to do that and insisted that I as an innocent customer jump through their ridiculous hoops to get recompensed for only the food on the ground despite the bag being entirely contaminated now.
Perhaps the staff at little peckers are happy to feed their beloved pets contaminated food but I draw the line there. I did not pay to receive dirty bug infested food but clearly that’s what I got.
Avoid this company at all costs, if anything goes wrong you will have to take it up with your bank as their customer service is absolutely shocking.

They took two entire weeks to ship my pet food order, without any communication. I had to email them and ask where my order was and had I not done so then I suspect my order would never have been processed.
When it finally did arrive it inadequately packaged in a box that was no strong enough and was dumped on my doorstep open and all split with the food falling out, and was contaminated with bugs that had crawled in. It all had to be tossed. Won't be ordering again.

I order monkey nuts from Little Peckers every month. They are the best value, and best quality. When a recent batch was faulty, Jules on the customer services team was incredibly helpful, following up and making sure I received a replacement. Thanks for all your help, Jules!

Cannot contact company they do not answer emails nor do they answer telephone. They take your money but do nothing if the company they choose to deliver Yodel does not do their job. Still waiting for parcel money paid 7th January Yodel have promised delivery 4 times now but according to tracking still at Depot.

As others below have said:
1. Non existent customer service. They DO NOT respond to any emails
2. Slow delivery and no updates regarding delivery

Ordered some parrot food it took the company 10 days to actually send the food and even then I think it was only because I emailed them saying either send it today or refund me. When they did eventually send the food it arrived 24 hours later.

Going by some of the reviews here,I thought what have I done. Far from it, product, sunflower seeds,packing and price spot on.

Quality product, good value and friendly service.

I places an order with company end of first week in November. After eating for a week, I emailed them, and I took 4 days fir them to answer my email. They told me the parcel was with the courier. After another week, I emailed them again, and 3 days later a reply informed that the parcel was damaged. I asked fir a refund which amazingly was instigated the same day.I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. APALLING SERVICE..

I have been using Little Peckers for years and have been happy with the products and service. I was unaware the company had changed hands.

The quality of peanuts and mealworms on my last order (Aug 2023) was very poor.
The peanuts were very small and many of them were bad. I concur with a previous poster regarding the mealworms, I used to think they smelled quite nice (haha strange I know) but the last bag of mealworms I received smell like rancid old cooking oil and the birds aren’t happy with them either, they are always the last things left in the food tray and get thrown on to the lawn in the hope that something will eat them or it ends up being very expensive lawn feeder.

I recently placed an new order (Nov 2023) for ‘Extra Select’ peanuts (hoping for better quality) along with some other products and got notification that the order had been shipped. The courier shipping status of ‘with sender’ hasn’t changed since the 17th November so I contacted customer services. The order hasn’t been shipped and they don’t have the peanuts I had ordered. I am waiting for a ‘quality’ alternative or a refund on the item, I refused the own brand as their own website feedback shows comments about contaminants with insects and insect larvae.

They delivered my products quickly and with easy. Only once have I had to email them with an issue and they immediately rectified it without any question, so they really impressed me. Great products and will keep buying from them. Thank you
