Little Peckers Arvostelua 

I was on the verge of leaving a negative review but then got a reply and quick resolution so I’ll leave an honest review.
I bought 150 suet balls and two packs of suet square things. Delivery took a long time despite an email saying had been sent but did arrive after prompting. About 1/3 of the suet balls were in pieces when they arrived but I didn’t moan about that as the birds still eat them just from the bowl instead of the hanging thing. Only one pack of the squares arrived. Their phone number didn’t work at all- needed a mailbox number so I emailed and when I got no reply I came to trust pilot and thought I would never get anywhere as mostly negative. But I actually got a reply apologising for the missing item and that they had issued a refund which I have now received. Would I use again? Probably not but my review is reflective of the fact they replied and did sort the issue.

Are they real or staff members at peckers??
Never had a reply or follow on contact from this company regarding the crapbox of millet they sent me which I have now thrown in green bin as not even fit for wild birds never mind my finches.
How can you get such a varied range of reviews which are either good or very poor, if this was my business i would try to water down the legitimate reviews with false ones to fool people into buying my stuff.
Dont be fooled as this company wants your cash and will not rectify its mistakes..........

I’ve been ordering sunflower seeds for a while but the delivery time has been getting longer and longer, yodel tracking doesn’t work, little peckers do not reply to emails they do not answer the phone. I tried to cancel my order as yet again it took too long to dispatch but they ignored my request. I’ve now ordered from Amazon for the same volume and money with next day delivery. I will not use little peckers again

Ordered sunflower kernels and no-grow bird seed. Received an email saying the items had shipped but Yodel only delivered the sunflower kernels. I contacted Yodel (via Trustpilot) and they said they had only received the two boxes which were delivered (both sunflower kernels) and that I should contact the vendor regarding the missing items. Sent emails but have had no response. From other reviews this seems to be a common problem. Will avoid this company in future.

I have been very pleased with Little Peckers! I ordered some fat balls (I have regularly done this over the past few years). at the point of paying I was charged with p&p when clearly it was to free due to the amount ordered. I could not rectify this, so had to contact them. When it was proven that a mistake had been made, the problem was corrected quickly and the p&p taken off my bill. Thanlyou Little Peckers staff for making that easy.! Little Peckers have always been reliable in the past and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to buy their products. Eileen,

Complained yesterday that goods not all delivered. Today heard from company that goods have now been dispatched. At 13.00 goods were delivered.

I've now ordered a 20kg bag of sunflower hearts on three occasions in February, April and July 2024. On all occasions ordering on the website was quick and simple and a confirmation order email received almost instantly in all cases. The tracking system worked well with Yodel and the bird food was delivered withing about 5 days, as expected. I emailed customer service over a minor issue and received a response within 24hrs. Can't fault the company and will continue to order - as long as the bird remain hungry!!! James, Rainhill, Merseyside.

Great value on suet blocks good customer service will use again

Yodel delivered only part of the order. I can't get a reply from the customer services by email and the telephone number given online is not answered. This company have been reliable in the past and sunflower hearts of good quality but I feel I have no way to get my money back.

Ordered and a fast delivery

I ordered a bag of waterfowl food that never arrived. After emailing customer service, I had to wait three days for a reply. They eventually told me they had processed a refund, as I requested. I’m waiting to see if the money returns to my account. I would avoid this store and buy elsewhere.

I buy bird feeds quite regularly from different suppliers. Two friends recommended Little Peckers so I gave them a try. The web site was easy to use, I ordered whole sunflower hearts. A rough idea of how long the delivery would take would have been useful. Other companies take between 2-4 days but DPD took 6 days. The tracking of the order was up & down, from still at store to already delivered, hence the 4 stars. However, the seeds when delivered were good quality & at a very good price. Will consider ordering again from Little Peckers.

Little Peckers customer services have been totally on the ball and supportive when i raised my issue with a Yodel delivery.

Still waiting for my order which they have taken money for. No answer to three emails and no answer to numerous phone calls

Ordered and paid 18th May to date 28th order not been prepared and no answer to my email requesting when going to be dispatched.
Have had to go and buy bird food from another source this morning as ran out today, spending more money while little peckers still have my payment for goods not yet received.
Will not be using them again!

Placed order a Wk ago, heard nothing more;order tracking shows it’s been passed to international courier? Really, 25kg bird food?
Sent an enquiry, tried to phone, which mailbox do I want to leave a message for!!!

Communication could be better

Very reliable company, I placed an order for a few items, one of the items wasn't delivered it were a problem with the couriers so I contacted little peckers I got a prompt response and they kept me informed, I would highly recommend this company 💯

Placed order 7 April and still not received. Sent several emails asking where my order is and NO response. Not happy.

Ordered items but no acknowledgement of my order tried phoning but no success and emailed also but no reply
