Kiwi Ears Quintet
Sent my item quickly even though the store page said "pre-order". Kiwi Ears quintet is amazing, way better than the 7hz Timeless they are replacing. Linsoul customer support is great, didn't need it for the last purchase but when my Timeless came defective they RMA'd a replacement as soon as they received the first.

I’ve been purchasing audio products, such as in ear, monitors, and Dongles from Linsoul for over three years now and when I had a problem they were able to help me get the problem resolved shipping. May take some time, but what do you expect? It’s from China but my packages arrive along with shipping info for tracking.
