HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Had a defective IEM and they gave me the run around and wouldn't let me exchange or send replacement until I "smashed the Iems with a hammer" a whole week for them to even offer a solution. After sending them video evidence they still never sent them. SCAM!!! Buy elsewhere - hifigo, penonaudio, amazon.

Order quickly dispatched and received as quickly (via DHL).
The IEM cable I ordered was well packaged and arrived safely.

Trustworthy and great customer service

Linsoul is a great site for Chi-Fi gear. I had an issue with receiving an incorrect item and the customer service response was excellent, quickly looking into what had happened and then offered options what could be done to make me happy.

Don't Buy Direct! Use Amazon Marketplace!

Leaving a review on their website will post your full name publicly. Even if you enter a screen name, or just your first name when it asks, it will just use your order information to alter it to the name on your order.

This review will also be posted on a third party website called judge.me which will not only post your full name publicly, but your city of residence as well. Again, they use your order information to do this.

The only way to edit this information is to remove it. To delete the review entirely.

So if you value your privacy, at least to the extent where isn't just blatantly being posted publicly, I say use their Amazon Marketplace if they have something you want. Don't buy directly from them.
