Lifetimesavings Arvostelua

We were pleasantly surprised by how efficient the whole process was.
At the beginning I was very sceptical, however the whole process was completed in a seamless manner. The team that completed the installation were very professional and capable. Although there have been a couple of teething issues with the heating system, overall we have been happy with the results

excellent service from the start of our application for our grant for energy improvements 5 star service well done

Lifetime savings have been very helpful, guiding us through the application system. Very helpful staff, prompt responses to questions. Wish we could say the same for the installation company.

For my family and myself the support and commitment lead to us getting an air source heat pump and solar panels. This has absolutely revolutionised our lives, we now live in a warm, dry, comfortable home. If I had one recommendation in life it would be recommending these people to help improve your life. Tremendous effort on our behalf, thank you.

The entire process was made easy from start to finish. Always someone available to answer the phone and give all the information needed. Highly recommended throughout from the office staff to the installers.

The process from start to finish was all sorted within a couple of weeks, from applying for the grant to acceptance letter from the council.
Was very surprised at the speed in which this was done.

Quick and easy process , the forms were very straightforward , great company .

Excellent service.highly recommend

A simple process from the initial house survey to the final heat pump installation and am pleased with the overall result but unsure of the heating costs annually regarding the solar panels and how much rebate that will be forthcoming .

Can’t express how fantastic Lifetimesavings and Mackbrook gas have been throughout this process. Every part of the service was joined up and dealt with in the most professional manner.
Every person in the process has worked tirelessly to ensure our boiler refit was completed to the highest standard. Thank you

I cannot recommend this company enough. I needed pretty extensive work with having a new boiler fitted in such an old house but they made I works. From the get go they were on it. Even when it took me a while to get organised they were always phoning to check in.
The organisation was amazing, I was always updated on progress and the overall process took far less longer than I expected. From the phone call I had the surveyors out the next day.
They organised the whole team for me and I was highly impressed with everyone, from the people on the phones to the electricians and scaffolders who always turned up on time and were lovely.

Alex was fantastic helping us secure the grant. We could not recommend highly enough.

It was good to get a reasonably quick response to any questions I had

Excellent service, very quick

Everything explained, queries answered and work arranged and now completed

Excellent communication with us, kept informed of the progress at all stages, no problems, very efficient, thanks.

Thanks to Lifetime for there help in getting grant through the Local council not help by constant hold ups at Council

Alex made the whole application for funding as easy & uncomplicated as was possible. There was a good deal of paperwork involved & it was explained each step as best he could. Took a long while from start to finish due to some particularly frustrating circumstances , none of which were in either of our control but got there in the end . Very pleased with the warm house we now have.
Lifetime Savings were brilliant , helpful & polite.

We were very pleased & impressed with how the Lifetimesavings team helped us achieve our green goals and to benefit from the grants/options available. They have a proactive approach which makes you feel they are really working hard for you with your interests at heart. A big thank you!!

Alex and his team cold called in April 24. Normally I would politely decline but what he had to say sounded genuinely helpful. With great scepticism we followed his advice about applying for grants to help with replacing our elderly oil boiler and tank. What we ended up with was an a new heat pump, radiators and hot water tank. All new pipework and solar panels installed in September 2024. We have been cosy ever since. At all times he and his team were efficient and answered all queries promptly. When required they prompted both us and the installer and acted as a useful go between to the installer when we were trying to contact a specific person. All in all very efficient and helpful.
