Lifetimesavings Arvostelua

Macbrookgas.co.uk did the installation , and apart from a few hiccups , all I had to do was contact their office and it was sorted . Very happy indeed , its made my life so much easier , and engineers explained what they were doing ,and when the work was completed , set every thing up for me , and showed me how to change settings if need be . Many thanks to all concerned.

Very good company! Excellent communication . They do exactly what they said. Very happy !
Thank you!

The staff were very helpful and responded promptly to enquiries. Thank you

Excellent service, they were very helpful and patient with me from the start, took me awhile to upload documents and send emails but they helped me through every stage, highly recommended.

This was a gift that we did not believe . Too good tue be true but it was. Thank You

Lifetimesavings sent a leaflet through our post and from the moment we contacted them, they were extremely helpful. We were a little suspicious at first as the offer seemed too good to be true but we are now at the end of this process and there were no hidden catches.

What a great company, the install was hassle free and quick, the men doing it (Marcus and Tom and Martin) were very respectful and kind and went out of their way to make it all run smoothly, even calling afterwards to check all was working and we had no problems, would definately recommend.

Amazing service. Very straight forward approvals process and very quick to respond to emails. The works were then carried out really efficiently. Would highly recommend.

Really happy with all the work done in my home. I was kept up to date with all the work being done, all the people involved was brilliant.

I received an email from Lifetimesavings about the ECO4 government grant and initially ignored it as it seemed too good to be true.
I then checked the gov.uk website in relation to the grant and thought it may be worth responding thinking I maybe eligible for solar panels.
The Lifetimesavings team came back to me promptly and started the ball rolling with applying for the grant, they spoke to me over the phone and updated me every step of the way through email.
They helped me gain approval for the grant via my local council and then introduced me to the installation team, Macbrook Gas who again were very informative, efficient and professional.
The end result was amazing, not just solar panels but an air source heat pump system too, I still can’t believe that from one initial email my home is now fully working on renewable energy.
I can’t thank Lifetimesavings enough 😊

Very helpful and very efficient

Helping us to access affordable eco friendly heating when prices are rocketing

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY.
EVERYTHING WAS MADE SO EASY FOR US.
NO LENGTHY FORMS TO FILL IN.

From putting a form in, to then getting a call and then the work. Can't fault anything about it.
Everyone who came was helpful chatty and kept me up to date with everything.
My house was left as it was found wouldn't of known they were here.

Lifetime savings team were responsive, supportive and friendly. Sadly, I didn’t qualify following the engineer survey but this was not lifetime savings fault. 5 stars all around though for their drive to help you get funding for insulation and heating improvements.

A very helpful service. Lifetime Savings helped us to find the right company to install the government scheme's loft insulation. We are looking forward to a warmer winter!

Such a simple process for me, they did all of the work and made it so easy and stress free
I now have a more energy efficient home

From start to finish was very happy with the service and the men who were here on a very wet misable day got on with the job thanks guys

Wow
Fully funded solar panels, the tradesmen were friendly polite neat and tidy , nothing was to much. The office staff kept me informed from start to finish, which was only a 4 week process, from getting told about the solar panels to them being installed
Thankyou

All the Lifetime people i contacted throughout the application process were polite and helpful
