Good communication, great efficient work and excellent final result

Excellent service from start to finish. Really helpful, professional and great communication - they made everything very easy for us. Thrilled, thank you!

The crews sent were excellent and things went smoothly. My only criticism was one delay with documents to the Council and lack of communication with MacBrook Gas.

Initially I was sceptical however my contact with Kim was excellent. She was totally professional but also made me feel I had her complete attention. My paperwork was 'lost/delayed' in the post but as soon as it was received Alex took the trouble to immediately advise me of its safe receipt. The process was seamless and I am delighted with my air source heat pump system. Thank YOU Lifetime Savings for making it possible. Much appreciated. MC

I was nervous about the finances , however the company covered everything for us. I would recommended them highly

Lifetime savings were great, the application system was easy with their assistance. Very helpful staff, prompt responses to questions. Wish we could say the same for the installation company!!

First class service from life time saving. The whole process was professional handled from the paperwork right through to the install. We can't thank you enough from the initial contact , which we had doubts about getting help with heating and insulation, but were extremely grateful when it all came together and are well pleased with the end result. Would highly recommend your services to anyone needing grant work carrying out as it was made so easy.

Great service and communication with both lifetime Savings and Macbrook Gas. We are so pleased with the work carried out, would definitely recommend them.

Mr and Mrs Webb

Absolutely a fantastic company, from start to finish.
Great communication- nothing was to much trouble.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
I personally would like to thank you for everything that you have done for me.

I was very sceptical when Lifetimesavings contacted me and said they could help me with a Government grant for solar panels and an air source heating system but they handled the whole process for me from application to installation and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Always so helpful and took it upon themselves to complete all forms on my behalf and assisted with the whole process. The work has been completed and was completely free of any costs to myself. Excellent service throughout.

Throughout the process lifetime savings and Macbrook gas were excellent taking us through each step without any hassle. My wife was sceptical of the whole issue , but was proved wrong by the excellent service from both companies. Many thanks to you all

An absolute 5 star plus is deserved from me. I am ever so grateful to the team with their patience with me gathering my paperwork. I got a boiler installed very quickly just before winter started and I could not thank Lifetime Savings enough for their help and making this possible for me and my children.

Worked hard to get installer, although the company ended up taking the job was disorganised and didn't communicate as hoped but the job was eventually done!

Lifetime savings worked effortlessly to ensure my grant application went as fluid as possible.
Their support along with Grant Store was invaluable.
Many thanks for helping myself and others,I had no heating and hot water for around three years and Lifetime savings acted on my behalf immediately!
Much appreciated.

I was helped and guided through the application process quickly and efficiently by Lifetimesavings. I am very grateful as a potentially stressful time was avoided, thank you.

Fantastic

Lifetime Savings made me aware of government funding that I was completely unaware of. They were helpful and guided me through the process of applying. They kept me informed at every stage.

Excellent service from Lifetime Savings. They did all the groundwork, organised everything perfectly. I had very little input which was great.

Excellent service, great communication throughout.

I was very impressed with the whole process. I felt very well informed and it was a very easy processs and very quick.
