Really awful experience
Really awful experience. Chair broke within a week and instead of honouring the warranty for the frame they made up a report saying the damage was “intentional” and are refusing to fix the chair. The “complaints” manager is incredibly rude. Refused to speak to me on the phone and when he did he raised his voice. My mum is very poorly and they are trying to charge her for the repairs of the chair that broke within a week of use. Now having to take legal action which is incredibly disappointing.

In this case, the chair was inspected in line with our standard warranty assessment process, which is carried out to ensure all claims are handled fairly and consistently for every customer. The findings indicated that the damage was not consistent with a manufacturing fault, which is why it did not fall within the terms of the warranty. We understand this may be disappointing, but these assessments are based on objective evidence rather than assumption.
We would also like to clarify that, in line with our complaints procedure, formal complaints are handled primarily via email. This approach is in place to protect both parties by ensuring there is a clear, accurate, and traceable record of all communication and decisions made throughout the process. While we understand that speaking over the phone can feel more immediate, written correspondence helps avoid misunderstandings and ensures that all details are properly documented and reviewed.
We fully appreciate how important reliable equipment is, particularly in situations involving health challenges, and it is never our intention to add further stress. We remain open to constructive dialogue and would welcome the opportunity to resolve matters in a way that is fair and transparent for all parties.

I purchased a rollator and it was…
I purchased a rollator and it was delivered to my door by the company. Liked the fact it was delivered with no packaging. I was informed by telephone of the delivery and kept up to date. Really nice customer service department. I would recommend buying from this company.

went to the Tamworth store to day to enquire about mobility scooter never had one before we was greeted buy a very helpful lady Chloe were nothing was to much trouble to show and explain all different types i noticed all staff was friendlily and helpful even the man that delivered the scooter could not have done any more will defiantly be returning to store again 5 star shop and staff many thanks

After doing some research I decided…
After doing some research I decided based on my various conditions that I would try a power chair.( I've previously had a Scooter but found it caused more back pain). Together with my Husband went to lifestyle and Mobility Lowestoft branch, where I was looked after by Shaun. Shaun asked lots of questions to establish my requirements and I test drove a Luxe Zenith. Straight away it felt more supportive for my back and very easy to operate. There were new and a used model available and Shaun went through all the pro's and cons of new and used. At no point did Shaun apply any sales pressure and insured that I was happy with my choice, I opted for the new model. Overall Shaun made the whole experience unrushed and comfortable for me. Thanks Shaun.

Great service
Popped into the Boscombe store to get help with my walker which was missing a part. All the staff are great and Peter was able to find the part I needed and fit it for me. Great service.

Galleria store - highly recommended
I visited the store in the Galleria today & was welcomed by two lovely ladies who were attentive & understanding.
They recognised my friend from a previous visit a few days earlier & welcomed her back.
Highly recommended & good choice of mobility aids & advise.
Unfortunately I have forgotten the ladies name! Long dark hair in ponytail.

i needed a new clamp fitted to mobility…
i needed a new clamp fitted to mobility scooter quite complex as wiring needed to be dismantled to do it. i was charged for 2 hours for a job that took nearly 3.
the work was exceptional and staff at the Nunney officer were excellent.
my wife has her scooter now as good as new thankyou

Carpet to shower. Perfect chair. Easy returns.
Ordered a shower wheelchair for my disabled mum. Chose this company because I wanted to be able to return the chair personally if there was a problem. It arrived and is perfect for mum. Easy to push from the carpet in her bedroom to the tiled floor She can shower safely again now

A Supercharged Service
After ordering a Mobility Scooter on Line from Lifestyle & Mobility co. uk. I had trouble with my credit card to pay on line, with the very helpful advice from the staff at the Basildon Lifestyle & Mobility centre. I paid for my scooter with my credit card at the online price at their showroom in Basildon. Essex.
This was in the morning about 11.30.a.m. I had delivery of my scooter, later on that same day in afternoon about 5.30. p.m. This is what I call very quick service.

Popped in today after losing my front…
Popped in today after losing my front castor wheel off my wheelchair in the middle of town. In the hope of finding out where to get spare spacers and bolt as they were unable to be recovered, the lovely Shaun couldn’t have been more helpful and managed to find some spare parts to fix it for me there and then at no cost. Table is great but 2 things could be better…
Table itself is lovely but I called in the morning as I had no tracking info and it had already been a week to be told they have no tracking info but it should arrive towards the weekend. It arrived and hour later ! (Luckily I was in). Also on emptying the table out the box, it's was wet !! Unsure whether it was condensation but it was that bad had to dry it with towel. Maybe stored wrong ?. But once up table is lovely just think tracking should be made available and storage in a dry place would be better

Potentially good, but Lifestyle and Mobility forgot to place order.
I was very happy to receive a call within 30 minutes of ordering to say my mattress would be delivered the following Friday. Following waiting in all day for delivery, it turned out the purchasing department had forgotten to order it from the supplier. Not particularly good service following positive start.
