I’ve just bought my second Riser Recline chair from Lifestyle & Mobility Basildon. This is a big purchase for me and I was grateful for the advice in store and the friendly, professional and reliable support through to delivery of my new chair. Good service isn’t easy to find these days so I really appreciate this. Plus I am chuffed with my great chair. Thank you all.

Absolutely brilliant, panicking over my chair and they were lovely and really helped me and calmed me down. They explained what was happening and that it was normal with the weather.
So friendly and professional.

Leo feels pretty stable in use, but don't attempt a U Turn at full speed !

Real problem was that local train station allowed Leo to board train, but Inverness mainline station declared LEO to be too big to load for Scotrail return journey !

We decided to go into shops for more advice but unfortunately they was not very helpful and could not fined the key to the machine so could not try it and they could not tell me anything about it or show me how it collapsed or anything it was more expensive in the shop but we thought it was worth paying this as they could help with any problems we may have but unfortunately they was not very helpful so order on line said if you pay before 2.00 it would be next day delivery yet again could not fined any day that was expected for delivery phoned up they said as it was Saturday it would not be delivered until Wednesday but my husband was going into hospital for a operation so need this before so rang again on Monday to explain only to be told you rang on Saturday and was told it would be Wednesday so we decided to go and get shopping in then the phone rang to say it was going to be delivered so had to rush back I would not recommend this shop to any one that needs help we have the machine now the used it once and next time it would not engage in drive had to fold scooter and put back up three times before it would engage drive again so not really happy as don’t know what to do I don’t feel vey confident on this even after paying all the money for a light one that sounds great so not happy

Staff was helpful in understanding international issues but communication was not always clear and lacked sufficient information

Very quick assessment for my daughter's wheelchair needs and Gavin was very interactive with my daughter putting us all at ease. Gavin was great with delivery of the wheelchair showing us how it all worked and making sure that we were all happy with it.

The staff at the Lowestoft branch go the extra mile for their customers. My friend took her scooter there for a minor problem, and I left my scooter outside the shop while we walked into town. When we returned not only was her scooter fixed, washed and polished, mine was washed and polished too.

I cannot speak highly enough of the Lowestoft branch. My scooter needed to be looked at because it was surging. Brushes were changed and my scooter was cleaned and polished for me (something I struggle to do) and Dean had tightened and oiled the tiller when I collected it. Shaun, Dean, Debbie and Mark, thank you all for everything you do, I cannot speak highly enough of all of you.

I’m happy with my new Opera mattress. However, I was not happy with the delivery rules. I am 71 years old and have severe arthritis. The driver dumped my new mattress in my hall and said he was not allowed to help me unwrap it as he could lose his job! I could no way undo the strong packaging, let alone lift the mattress onto my bed! I had to call a neighbour to help me and I burst into tears when he refused my offer of money for a drink to thank him. I was so grateful to him for being so kind. If not for him I would still have the packaged mattress which I would be unable to use. I live on my own. Surely, the driver could have just helped me to unwrap the mattress??!! On line sales were ok but not that helpful but the local shop in Bournemouth was excellent , they couldn't have been more helpful filling in the forms regarding the fitment of the duo pack to the wheelchair and arranging fitment of the motor by one of their engineers, I can.

Part exchanged my current mobility scooter (bought from same place) for a larger faster one. Very pleased with new one (Kymco) and customer service. Jamie (Hatfield store) was brilliant, went above and beyond. Larraine from WGC

A very enjoyable visit to the Hatfield store to purchase a large scooter, was taken care of by a likable young man by the name of Ash who sorted out all my needs and the scooter was delivered personally to my home by the lovely Jaime.

Superb service. The staff were keen to fully understand Mums lifestyle and mobility needs before suggesting a couple of options which would be suitable.

Great experience with Clare in the ramsgate store, very helpful and knowledgeable. Lovely time was had by me and my mother!

Very good customer service and it was delivered very carefully all assembled and ready to go and hat off to the delivery driver who didn’t rush as if he had to go. He explained everything that I needed to know thank you very much
