I recently had a demo of the ATTO Sport, and the team at Lifestyle Mobility went above and beyond in helping me make my decision. I decided to go ahead with the purchase and received it today.

My first impression was excellent. It’s very easy to assemble, simple to fold, and it conveniently splits into two sections for lifting. When test‑riding along my local curving pathways—up gradients and down hills—it felt stable with the speed set to 5. When I increased it to 10, it became very fast. Personally, I wouldn’t use that speed except for climbing big hills, and certainly not around corners, but that’s just common sense.

The motor, being mounted on the front wheel and exposed, is quite noisy. You won’t need the hooter—people will hear you coming. The faster you go, the louder it becomes, so a slower speed is generally the sensible and quieter choice. If you don’t mind the noise, the ATTO Sport is a fantastic scooter.

It supports two different battery types, one of which is flight‑compatible. I was lucky enough to get both in my deal, saving £800. TUI also confirmed that the ATTO Sport is approved for flight.

Overall, I think the ATTO is a great machine—easy to use, thoughtfully designed, and very much the Rolls‑Royce of mobility scooters.

Very helpful and repaired the tyre very promptly. Very helpful staff in the shop.

I ordered a motability scooter from the Hatfield store (pride baja bandit). I placed the order with Lisa 2 weeks ago and she was very helpful and got it all ordered and set up straight away. I then rang in a few times as I was getting anxious and ash and Lisa were very helpful patient and caring.

My scooter was delivered on Wednesday by a lovely lady called Jamie who came out with my scooter showed me how it worked and answered any questions I needed then signed the paperwork.

The scooter is amazing and the shop charged the battery fully before delivery it’s a fantastic scooter with a great battery life just as the shop advised me it would be!

The experience was great from start to finish didn't feel rushed asked loads of questions. Staff were knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly. I had a test drive. Recently had to get new battery for scooter and all staff involved went the extra mile to get it for me.

When Sunrise claimed the broken part on my wheelchair was my fault and not covered by the warranty the team from the store backed me, repaired the damage free of charge and delivered the chair back to me.
They said I was their customer and totally sorted of my problem.

What experience, worst company ever life style mobility are not what I will ever use as a company again Denise needs to go back to school to learn how to speak to customer very abrupt Liz very good I ordered a Xsto wheel chair at to pay full price of 3940 be for u could order was told 5 days to come 5 days came and went then told two weeks more then two week went my order was booked on 28/1/26 was told again 1/3/26 still did not come Tuesday 2/3/26 I canceled my order to be told 20% of my order was a cansulation fee which was £788 they took off me nothing mentioned when ordering so they are in breach of contract but taking proceeding gainst them please customers be wary if you have to buy from this company there are load of company out there that sell there products think twice I ordered from distrade xsto m4 pro on Thursday 12/3/26 and it was deliverd 17/3/26 what dose that tell you I at to give one star to print this if it had been my choice it would be -5
