Noone is replying to my emails! Why you changed my direct debit without informing me about increasing the price?

They demand access to open banking in addition to extensive id and financial details. Takes many email, calls and they keep sending "not approved" emails even when still in process.
I've spent hours on phone and emails trying to sort this out over 3 weeks now.

Would give zero stars if I could! The Lettings Hub were employed by an agent who was managing the letting of a property to a friend. I was asked to be a rent guarantor so had the extreme misfortune of having to deal with this company. They start from a position of assuming everyone is dishonest, which feels spiteful, unfair and unnecessary. Despite me being a homeowner, holding a near perfect credit file and signing a binding guarantee agreement, they nevertheless sought endless financial information from me. In what seemed like a never ending and tortuous process, their staff had no idea why they were asking for information, gave me conflicting advice on what they required and kept assuring me all was OK whilst relaying a completely different message to the agent (their client). The level of incompetence was eye watering and led to huge personal stress for the tenant involved. I would never use an agent who employ these clowns. I don't think it is co-incidental that the Lettings Hub sell a guarantor service whilst making the process for real guarantors overwhelmingly difficult and frustrating. What a farce. Steer well clear if you can!

I had a really positive experience with The Lettings Hub. The whole process was smooth, and the team were friendly, professional, and easy to deal with.

They made what could have been quite a stressful situation feel simple and well organised. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and I always felt supported throughout. It honestly made my property search much easier.
