Can't get clear answers
Have been going through referencing for weeks, they keep asking for new documents they never asked for previously. I'm living in air bnb's, calling them up to make sure the documents are sufficient, and they are emailing the letting agent to say they have to chase me.
Very disapointing service and very stressful to use.

Awful Company - invades privacy, only "customer service" is AI and you wait forever for things to be processed`
Referencing process apparently takes forever unless you're happy with some mysterious third party company getting access to your bank account to spy on it, which I am not. I went around in circles getting a document cleared and signed off for referencing and all I got in the way of communication from its robot employees was being repeatedly asked to provide the same document I had already submitted multiple times. Why agencies use them and waste everybody's time rather than taking two minutes to check your references themselves is beyond me.
The only response you get from them at all is when you leave a negative review on Trustpilot. Online messaging? Nothing. Email? Nothing. Absolute sham of a company. Unsurprisingly, after repeated chasing the only response I got when I pointed out I had already supplied the evidence they kept asking me for was a short and impersonal reply along the lines of "contact your letting agent" (because apparently Let Alliance has no human staff)

Great company to deal with. Tracey B is a true asset, she was brilliant! Explained everything clearly and with humour so lacking in many other phone interactions I have nowadays!! Product very competitively priced too with great features - particularly liked the nil excess.

All about going through wrong credit checks and wrong credit check company’s , make stuff up to report to estate agents . Just take there percentage of the money and they are happy
