All good yet again

All good yet again , ordered my cube stereo 160 online , picked it up a few days later . Staff were friendly and helped me out a lot while I was in store .

I had a great shopping experience with LL bikes.
Great range of goods. I purchased the wrong size and was issued a refund no problem.
Anna Marie who was dealing with my return was great! Very helpful and responded in super quick time.

Wanted to use Cycle to work voucher was…

Wanted to use Cycle to work voucher was advised if I was using this they had to add 10% to the bike price!
Surely this isnt how the scheme works
This was not a SALE bike

Hey Shelagh,

If the bike is at the full RRP there would be no surcharge however for sale bikes purchased through the scheme there is a 10% surcharge.

Awesome business

Awesome business, used them for years and always made to feel welcome and always there for advice. I've only been to Lancaster, Preston, Preston hub, bury and Leyland though.

Bike collection

Bike ordering process was straightforward and LL had what I wanted in stock (many outlets didn’t). Very helpful staff member (Chris) when I collected the bike. Set the sag and fitted accessories for me.
