Great service from Pete at Leisure Lakes Leyland. Kept fully up to date with my order progress, lots of help and guidance on collection and ensured I was fully briefed on the features and setup of my new bike. Highly recommended.

Exceptional Customer Service
I needed a bike at very short notice for my son’s birthday, so phoned the new Leyland Leisure Lakes store on Saturday morning with a “big ask”. That was for a Trek Marlin 4 bike by the following Tuesday at the latest, ready for my sons birthday on Wednesday. Pete dealt with my request in a professional manner and nothing seemed too much trouble to meet my requirements. He went above and beyond to track down the right model/colour combination, which was available at another store, and arranged to have it shipped over to the Leyland store in an already built & tested condition, ready for collection on Tuesday. Pete kept me informed a number of times over the phone throughout the process, even phoning me a day earlier than expected, on the Monday, to say the bike was ready for collection. The whole experience represents a 10+/10 and exceptional customer service, and for that reason the Leyland store will alway be my first point of contact for any cycling needs, and it comes highly recommended to any other folks looking to purchase anything cycling related. Pete is a credit to the Leisure Lakes organisation and they are lucky to have him. Thank you so much. Best Regards Mike
