Don’t know the name of the guy who handed over my new bike (Bury Store). He was super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I did stand downstairs in the store for a while with staff walking around me but not engaging. Anyway, when I made it upstairs the service was excellent!!

Purchased a e-bike today from leisure lakes Bury, great service and was treated respectfully, had time to set my bike up and worked tho the list of questions I had.

Also got a price match on an item which sealed the deal .
