LEAWO software is really excellent and I am highly recommended to anyone who likes it, easy to use, no lags during operation, customer service support is great too

Ce logiciel est vraiment très pratique pour créer des copies parfaites de mes Blu-ray, 4 K, il faut souligner aussi que le support est vraiment à l’écoute lorsqu’il y a des bugs car cela peut arriver notamment avec les protections et les copies.
ils corrigent en général sous 24 à 48 heures ce qui est très appréciable.
Je recommande fortement pour tous ceux qui souhaitent se faire une bibliothèque d’origine avec leurs DVD ou leurs Blu-ray

i have tried to use the DRM software and it sas it only works with OS 10.13 or earlier and we are now on OS 23 it should have been mentioned up front basically useless

Svindel firma. Min computer låste lige så snart jeg begyndt at bruge programmet. Min virus scanner lukket ned. Tit så lukket min computer selv ned efter bare 5 min. Jeg har brugt 1600 kr. på dvs. ting hos dem.
Jeg ville have mine penge tilbage , men det kunne jeg ikke fordi jeg havde aktiveret mine programmer.
De har sågar været så flabet at skrive til mig at hvis jeg ønsker andre af deres programmer , så kan jeg få rabat ......

Absolutely less than useless.
Crashed every time I tried to run it normally, seemed it had to run in admin mode. Took 5 mins to load the disk, then wouldn't let me control it properly. Finally got it playing the movie, and it got stuck in a perpetual loop of flashing up adverts that prevented unpausing the film. Tried to uninstall, but wouldn't shut down to allow this. Wouldn't even close in task master. Had to do a hard restart, that was so severe the main board had to redo all its memory tests. Literally the worst bd playing app I have ever tried.

This is a great Blu-ray disks player program. It easy to use and compatible with all computers. Not like other where you have to upgrade your computers graphic card and customer service is excellent. They will be there when you need help. Thank you love it.

I accidentally purchased the wrong software and thought I was out $30. I contacted Leawo support thinking it was a long shot they would reimburse me, but they were helpful, communicative, and gave me the option of a lifetime license for the product I intended to purchase or a regular refund. I opted for the latter, and Leawo refunded the full amount of my order no problem!

What started out bad, ended up good! Maybe it was my fault but after contacting customer service, they directed me to the fix and now everything works PERFECTLY! I’ve already ripped almost all of my DVD collection in just a couple of days! Everything worked seamlessly!

Dynamite software that breezed through blu-ray rips where others can't. Customer service was right there to help when I hit a snag.

Been using Leawo Itransfer for about 10 years. Had a small problem with the program recently when I could not activate it on my new computer even after uninstalling from old one. Customer service was outstanding responding to my help request within one day and quickly resovled the issue. I worry more about customer service with a product than the actual product in many cases and Leawo is outstanding.

Ich nutze häufig die Software BD/DVD Ripper und bin mit der Qualität sehr zufrieden. Der Hauptfilm wird stets zuverlässig erkannt und danach problemlos umgewandelt. Der Service ist sehr gut, den ich am 31.12. 23 in Anspruch nahm, weil durch Umzug auf neuen PC der Freischaltcode nicht mehr funktionierte. Er wurde innerhalb von 2 Std. wieder zurückgesetzt. Der Kundendienst hat mich nochmals persönlich per Mail kontaktiert und nachgefragt, ob alles OK sei .... das ist sehr vorbildlich .... Danke

Bait-and-switch scheme. The site looks as though you will get 16 apps in 1, but instead you get just one. Leawo refused to refund my money and even disabled the product on my computer! Now I have not app and no money. Shady, shady company.
