Problematic software but excellent customer service
I recently purchased the pro version of the Leawo Bluray player software, which I had a number of issues with on my external Bluray drive on my PC. On trying several discs, load times were 2 to 3 mins on average, menus wouldn't load properly either and it would play random chapters.
I contacted Leawo regarding this, who at first requested sending a bug report and details of the errors and issues, which I did. However, the service team dealing with the errors were on a break and I stated that I was not satisfied with the program. Leawo were very understanding and told me to de-register the program and then they would process my refund, which was confirmed today.
So, overall despite issues with the software, I am very pleased with the customer service, as Leawo were very prompt and polite in their responses. I'm giving 4 stars for the problems with the software but otherwise a good experience.

Good customer service (limited experience)
We have limited (small) experience with Leawo but we can write positive words about their customer service staff. We tried their software when we had a problem with another product and it did not resolve it but in using their product we had accidentally purchased a non-trial version (I think the trial version is a little difficult to activate). However the customer service staff were very helpful and gave several suggestions to resolve issues before providing a full refund. Excellent staff (with such a limited experience we give 3 stars of 5 but we can recommend their customer service to you).

Awful software. Bought for as a gift to me, obviously trying to manipulate some vulnerable people into buying this product to coincide with gifts. At $229 it goes without saying it is nowhere near worth that just for the software let alone the $40 for the hardware. ALL A COMPLETE SCAM.

High quality and good service
I have used Leawo Prof. Media 13 for many years ripping DVDs and Blue-ray disks; it has worked flawlessly. Having had a disk go bad, the label side bled through to the encoding rendering the disk unreadable, I recommend backing up your disks. Also, when I had trouble activating Prof. Media on my new computer, the people at Leawo solved the problem quickly and professionally.

love this software for converting my music files to mp3 so my car will recognize them. have been using for several years now.
the only reason they lose a star is because it's kind of a pain to run everything through iTunes. wouldn't have it installed otherwise. support is excellent at walking me through the glitches.

Great product and unrivalled support
I have tried several products in this category, and this is definitely the easiest to use. It gives precise control over the audio and visual aspects of the media, including combining or splitting sources, selecting audio channel support and includes a useful preview tool. More importantly when i have run into an issue, the Support desk have always resolved it by the next morning.

Exceptional customer support. I submitted a bug report very late one night expecting a response later the next day. I awoke to find a response that was sent to my email an hour after I sent my report! It was a detailed response that solved my problem immediately.
