I ordered a leather jacket on May 11th, today is June 6th and I have not received the jacket. I emailed customer service numerous times, no response. I believed I've been scammed.

I ordered a Star Trek jacket as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. The jacket was great, but I ordered the wrong size. Luckily, customer service responded within 24 hours and gave me several options to choose from. They also made sure I received the new one as fast as possible. Don't take chances with this company
Ordered a Christmas gift from this company and their site said delivery would be in plenty of time. After not hearing from them for weeks, I emailed and we've gone back and forth (politely) a few times. Today, they said they were canceling my order. So, no Christmas gift and now it's too late to order it from anywhere else. This company is a scam. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHANCES with this company.

Worst company I’ve ever worked with
Worst company I’ve ever worked with. Their customer service is terrible and a scam. If you receive a damaged item, you’re screwed. Not only do you have to pay around 150-200$ to ship it back to Pakistan , they only give you 20% partial credit for a refund. Stay far away from this scam company
