I haven't received my order just yet but when I contacted Customer Service, Ethan Bruce, got back with me quickly giving me status.
So far, company seems hassle free to deal with.

I had excellent service from this company of Leatherjacketz and David was definitely a great representative & responded quickly to my email. I am happy to say I will do business with this company again.

this company needs to have a tracking number when you place your order. To know when your package is going to be delivery. so, the customer can be aware. I order a jacket for my husband on 11-16-2023. and still haven't receive anything yet? And it's already been 21 days and still waiting???!!!!!!

Ethan Bruce was extremely responsive in my request to complete a partial return. While I was not able to get a full refund due to international shipping, I am very satisfied with the resolution. Thanks Ethan!

This company has to be either a total fraud or just the worst company in the entire world. Ordered a Jacket and it’s been over a week. Haven’t received the product nor any update on when or where the product will be delivered. Every time I try to track it. It just says my order is still PROCESSING. Be aware guys. And will not answer phone or respond to email.

They answered all questions about my order and were very professional on the phone and nice to me.

They claim they do returns on website but actually only offer a 30% refund, buyer beware

I paid $139 for “Dick Tracy Warren Beatty Yellow Coat.” They sent me a very thick coat that was midway between brown and very very dark orange. Doesn’t look even vaguely like either of the two pictures on their product page. I asked to return the item, offering to pay all shipping costs myself, sending them a very clear and brightly lit picture along with my original return request, showing the coat beside a plastic yellow duck to demonstrate how far the coat’s color was from “yellow.” First they made me send them a second batch of multiple photos. Then they refused to allow me to return the product for a refund, claiming, literally, “we can confirm that the color is the same as shown as our website” and offering me a $20 “partial refund” instead. The email they sent me was highly condescending and talked about lighting conditions affecting perception, which was ridiculous, since not only did I take pains to include an actually yellow object (very similar in color to the actually yellow coat shown in the movie stills on their product page) beside their ugly brown-orange coat, I also took all the pictures at noon in full sunlight on a very clear day, and made sure to avoid capturing any shadows. It turns out that their company name is not registered with the state of New York (which is where they claim their physical address is) in the normal way, if at all, so even suing them in small claims court would be difficult if not impossible. Trust all the negative reviews and stay away from this evil company.
