I ordered a leather jacket on May 11th, today is June 6th and I have not received the jacket. I emailed customer service numerous times, no response. I believed I've been scammed.

It's not even the same jacket that's in the picture that they are Displaying, it doesn't have the black on the sleeves. It's not even A 2X large. It's not even the same color red The jacket is not even cotton it's Polyester and the letters are not embroidered and i forgot no patches all ironed on. These people are frauds do not buy from them. They should be Shut down and investigated by the f. B. I. I am really mad about this.

I ordered an XL Chiefs letterman jacket…
I ordered an XL Chiefs letterman jacket for a friend from this place over 2 months ago. They sent me the wrong size. Since then I have been trying to get the right one sent but they keep sending me boilerplate emails saying they're so, so, so sorry and my order is the highest priority blah, blah, blah but I still have yet to be given a tracking number.
Every time I send another email I get another message from some other bot.
DO NOT BUY from them.
I wasted over $180. 2 months and counting. It's about time to start putting reviews on all the places they advertise. I'm at work and have nothing better to do than warn people away from this scam.

Don’t waste your money like me
I shopped with them in December for a Christmas gift. Christmas pasted and I reached out and they told me it will be two weeks until shipped(January). I was understanding due to the holiday but it’s March and I still don’t have the items. No order number or status update. I would not recommend ordering from this business.

I never received the item. I contacted the company telling them that something was weird with the final delivery address. It wasn’t even the right Country. They simply said, it will be at your door step soon. When I looked at the tracking, it said delivered in some other country. This whole experience was terrible and probably a scam. Now I have to order the jacket from somewhere else and hope I get it in time and try to get a refund. Terrible business from start to finish. STAY AWAY!!!

Total scam. Bought a nike sb jacket, two weeks later nothing showed up. Asked for refund, they said they take 30% from refunds so id get 70% back. Never got the money. Its an overseas website, they are not in the US. AVOID! These positive reviews are fake.

I have seen better knockoffs than item received
Item was nothing like item displayed on website. False advertisement. Their website clearly states full refund if item does not meet customer expectations. They went back and forth with me on refund percentage I could receive .. first 15% refund return and I keep the item.. than 50% and than 100% but I pay shipping. There is no way I would wear this item. I bought a starter jacket.item bad No starter pendent, no front pocket just a flap. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE .

I would have to say this is a scam with fake reviews. Ordered two jackets for my grandsons in early December. ONly one follow up email and no contact after that. Website was down and phone number just played music. Filed a claim against them and then they responded asking me to remove the claim. I said deliver the jackets and I'll remove. Never heard from them since. No jackets, no follow up, nothing. Beware

I recently ordered a hoodie for my granddaughter for Christmas. I paid the added fee for guaranteed delivery by Christmas. I commend William for his outstanding customer service. If I could give zero starts I would. I placed an order on 11/22/23. Website said order would take 9-13 days. As of 12/16/23 the order status is still "processing". I have emailed the company and filled out the contact info in their website twice. I have received zero response. When I try and call the number on their website it just plays music. I am now trying to get a refund through PayPal.

I was provided with excellent customer service by Ethan Bruce. The jacket I ordered looked exactly like I wanted. I have read reviews from other sites stating the product had a strong petroleum odor…not here! I was happy with the look and presentation of my order. It arrived when they said it would and again the customer service was excellent.
