Lastminute Arvostelua 

We have paid the Mangrove Beach Corendon Curacao Resort in full to Lastminute.com but Lastminute.com didn't pay the resort in Curacao and the resort was charging us AGAIN at check-in.
At First, the Resort receptionists denied us to stay but as my family was 2 adults and 2 children and after nearly 2 hours trying to contact Lastminute.com support with no success, the Resort manager allowed us to stay with a caveat that I had to have it sorted ASAP as the resort contacted Lastminute.com many times seeking payment and they also didn’t have any response prior to my check in, so they know my case since when we arrived in the resort.
The Resort staff started to chase us by the morning in the next day even though I already chased Lastminute.com for payment on that morning.
The resort chase didn’t stop there and every time the receptionists see us, they called us for an update, sometimes asking us to go to reception when we were eating or in the pool. The resort managers and staff were friendly and showed us that they were also trying to contact Lastminute.com but had no success.
From the very next day, my wife and I decided to be out of the Resort and only go there to sleep to avoid being chased and in the same time we were contacting Lastminute.com support many times a day.
Things got more serious 2 days before we leave as the resort security and Manager approached us and they gave us a deadline to pay them on next day otherwise they would call the police on us!!
I did chase Lastminute every single day (I have proof by having the Support chat sent to my email), I was begging them to pay the resort and explained the deadline given and they only made payment few ours the Resort deadline finishes, which was 1 day before we check out.
Even though having Lastminute.com, the resort manager, the resort receptionists and the resort reservation teams in a email chain, lastminute.com support wasn’t replying to all of us making things even more frustrating!!
It was so humiliating and embarrassing!!
It was the worst holidays we ever had!!
Having my kids and my wife crying every day, looking at that beautiful resort and couldn’t use was the worst feeling we ever had!! It will definitely stay in our minds forever!!
The resort was amazing, with waterslides and private beach in it and didn’t use it much due to the problem that Lastminute gave us all (including the resort team).
I don’t blame the resort as they were doing their job and wanted to get paid for their services. They wasn’t rude at any times and I understand their frustration of not getting any response from Lastminute.com.
I started my complaint to lastminute.com soon after they paid the resort, I did ask to have a refund for the days that we were trying to contact them, but they are accusing the resort of not checking their emails and keep saying that it was the resort’s fault for not replying back to their emails.
I have paid lastminute.com £2,603.74 only for the resort stay and Lastminute.com support only want to give €200 in voucher as “goodwill gesture”.
WHAT A JOKE!!
Avoid Lastminute.com they will probably give you the same problem in the future.

Alla pari di ladri e truffatori.. prenotato viaggio aereo hotel trasfer etc per lavoro. Ho chiesto a causa di infortunio (frattura ad un piede) la possibilità di intestare la prenotazione ad altra persona, un nostro tecnico, mi rispondono che è possibile, pagando un supplemento, mi inviano il costo, rispondo che va bene, siamo disposti a pagare il supplemento…. Arriva una mail dicendo che non è stato possibile contattarmi, ( bugia) … rispondo alla mail di riprovare…

Chiesto rimborso via app, inviato documentazione medica e del pronto soccorso, rimborsato solo hotel e trasfer ( lo facevo da solo ) …

Viaggio di lavoro costato il triplo, il nostro tecnico ha dovuto effettuare altra prenotazione volo, hotel etc

Aan alle reizigers die voornemens zijn om een vlucht via Lastminute.com te boeken. DOE HET NIET!!! Lastminute.com is een boevenbende die je oplicht, en je letterlijk aan je lot overlaten.

In maart 2024 heb ik een vliegticket geboekt via Lastminute.com. Een vlucht naar New York geboekt voor 2 personen, met een additioneel service pakket. Na het boeken ben ik er achter gekomen dat ik per abuis de laatste twee letters van mijn achternaam had omgedraaid. Tja stom, ik weet het, maar op dat moment dacht ik nog, dat zal wel goedkomen. Echter de werkelijkheid is helaas anders.

De eerste uitdaging is om in contact te komen met Lastminute.com. De automatische chatbot, brengt je nergens. Tweede communicatie kanaal is een emailadres. Ik weet niet eens meer hoe ik er aan ben gekomen, maar daar mijn verzoek tot correctie van mijn naam ingediend. Na een aantal dagen het bericht gekregen dat het 130 euro moest kosten. Bijzonder omdat mijn additioneel service pakket beschreef dat ik kostenloos mijn naam kon wijzigen. Ik zou alleen de wijziging telefonisch moeten bevestigen. Het nummer wat wordt gecommuniceerd om te bellen, is niet bereikbaar en resulteert in verwijzing naar het web en sluit af met een harde afbreking van het contact. Dus bevestigen via de telefoon kan gewoon niet.

Na 2 weken verloop, helaas nog geen contact kunnen leggen en ook de correctie niet kunnen doorvoeren. Weer in de mail geklommen. Uiteindelijk de boodschap gekregen dat de naamscorrectie niet toegestaan zou zijn door de luchtvaartmaatschappij. Dit in tegenstrijd met enerzijds de voorwaarden van het additionele servicepakket en de berichtgeving van de luchtvaartmaatschappij die aangeeft dat het wel degelijk mogelijk is om de naamscorrectie door te voeren.

In totaal 5 weken met Lastminute bijna dagelijks gemaild, waarna ik 5 dagen voor vertrek een supervisor aan de lijn heb gekregen, die me uitlegde dat ze naamswijziging niet kon doorvoeren. Het zou bij de luchtvaartmaatschappij horen. 40 minuten met de dame uit India gebeld, maar ze kon me echt niet helpen. Op de vraag, maar wat betekent het additionele service pakket dan? Gaf ze me gelijk, dat dit niet klopte, maar desondanks, ze kon me niet helpen.

Om misverstanden en verdere frustratie te voorkomen op het vliegveld heb ik 3 dagen voor vertrek een nieuw ticket geboekt. 1200 euro lichter en een bak vol ellende en frustratie. Ik kan niet anders zeggen dan dat ik onwijs telleurgesteld, boos en mezelf belazerd voel door de malfide organisatie genaamd Lastminute.com. Mijn advies aan alle reizigers, boek niet via Lastminute.com, en neem vooral geen additionele service pakketten, dit zijn namelijk gewassen neus pakketten. Mocht je voornemens zijn te vliegen, boek dan je vlucht rechtstreeks bij de luchtvaartmaatschappij

Jeg har prøvet at ringe til adskillige numre for at få hjælp til køb af håndbagage til min rejse med 2 venner i næste uge. Det er decideret umuligt at komme igennem til nogen. Både fly selskab vueling og lastminute. Da jeg så kom igennem fik jeg en mail igennem appen jeg skulle bekræfte hvor de så vil tage penene fra samme konto som har betalt rejsen. Dette fungerede åbenbart ikke og de beder mig derefter give dem mine 16 cifre kortinfo og mine 3 sikkerhedstal bagved. Det virker som et kæmpe scam.

Hold jer langt væk fra dette firma de er kun mellemled og tjener alle pengene.
Det er dobbelt så dyrt inden man er færdig med at booke. Valgte at betale rejsen med det samme det kostede mig 100 euro i en travel ekstra pakke hvor jeg får værdikupon til 500 danske kroner som man ikke kan få refunderet. Jeg bestiller aldrig igennem det firma igen.

Disgusting approach by customer service. They charged me twice for the air tickets my account was overdrawn. Simply said it is not their fault and I should be contacting my bank and air line.
Both Bank and Airline said it wasn't them at fault. And It is the Lastminute.com, Who act as my travel agent. Call three times and last one simply said, if you out of money it is not my problem. you can stave to death. I am waiting their response back from after formally complain through "Ajust" but seems like I am loosing money on this. I should have looked at the reviews and not gone ahead with them.

Pas på med at bestille rejse gennem “last minute”. Vi havde bestilt all inclusive til Hugada Egypten og tilvalgte 20kg. bagage. Prisen steg ca. 700kr da vi krydsede af for bagage da vi bestilte rejsen. På billetten står der vi har betalt for de 20 kg, men da vi tjekkede ind i Københavns lufthavn i skranken, kunne personalet informere os om, at pengene for bagage ikke var sendt videre til flyselskabet. Så vi betalte ca. 700kr en gang til. Også en røffel til Pegasus, som kun rystede på hovedet, fordi de havde prøvet det ofte før. Hvorfor vil de tillade salg af deres produkt gennem et fubfirma? Man kan ikke komme igennem telefonisk til “last minute” og deres chatsider fungerer heller ikke. Spændende om vi kan komme igennem på mail og om vi også skal betale igen når vi skal hjem herfra????

Svindel og humbug. Når man søger via Momondo får man en pris og når man booker fordobles prisen.

LastMinute in 2021 confirmed Covid Qantas flight cancellation. Qantas in 2023 stated an open non expiry refund.
Qantas requests a credit voucher from Last Minute.
Last Minute now does not recognise my email, phone number, Itinerary Number, booking - so I cant obtain the voucher. I would never ever book flights/accom through any 3rd party online travel agency again. Best to book direct through Airline and hotel. On search seems Qantas is holding my booked flight ticket funds. However, they won't proceed with the refund till Last Minute cooperates. Total round in circles circus getting nowhere

Absolute joke. We paid for a car flights and accomodation. Guess what? No car available and company closed for the night when arrived. Has to pay $180 in Uber fees and Lastminute have deliberately given me the run around hours on phone escalate hang up. Block chat function FB no accountability for the stuff up telling me to take it up with the third party car company even though Lastminute took my booking and money. Dodgy as can me. Never ever book with them. If you have a problem there is ZERO capacity to follow it up or get a sound resolution 0/10 CRAP company

Je suis fâché, ils m'ont vendu un retour d'avion Ryanair qui n'existait pas. je devais rentrer de Bruxelles Charleroi à Toulouse un mercredi avec un prix de 176 euros (tarif Ryanair 116 euros).J'ai donc dû louer 2 nuits d'hôtel. In order not to refund my flight ticket every agent asks 72 hours but no reply so months of time passes with NO REFUND.

Réservation de vol pour un Paris/Porto, pour un départ en avril 2023 pour 5 personnes, soit un budget de 1004 euros. Malheureusement ce vol a été annulé pour cause de grève. A ce jour, soit 5 mois après, toujours aucun remboursement de la part de lasminutes. Je les contacte quasi toutes les semaines depuis mai, et la réponse apportée « faut patienter ». Je suis complètement perdue, je ne sais plus quoi faire. Donc un conseil, ÉVITEZ LES, SE SONT DES VOLEURS !!!!

Do not use them. They have no contact number for you to call. Their staff are very difficult to deal with. They costed me hundreds of pounds as they mis-guided me via web chat, by providing me incorrect information

I booked &made a mistake with booking date.
After weeks moving into months, of just being flogged off,they kept my money

Turen hjem med Ryanair - under al kritik! Lastminute påstår, at vi havde fået en mail, hvori der står, at man kun kan tjekke ind online. Det havde vi så ikke, og vi vidste ikke, hvordan vi så skulle gøre det. Ryanair kunne så godt tjekke os ind, men det kostede over 400 kr pr person. Dem vil lastminute ikke refundere, til trods for at de ikke har sendt mailen med disse oplysninger i. Møg selskab! Vil aldrig brug dem igen og heller aldrig anbefale dem til andre!

Ho acquistato una pinkbox che non funziona e non mi dà la possibilità di prenotare. Ho provato a chiamare decine e decine di volte ma mi dicono sempre che mi faranno chiamare per risolvere ma non mi hanno MAI chiamato. sono mesi che continuo a sollecitare senza esito. Procederò per vie legali. STATE ALLA LARGA. Denunciati per truffa.

Skulle avbestille turen for meg og en venninne og har til og med betalt ekstra for avbestillingsforsikring slik at vi ikke måtte betale for å avbestille turen, men de tar 500 euro for å avbestille en tur. STYR unna, scam hele siden.
