I really hope I never have to make a claim cuz the customer service is an absolute joke. They don't know what they're doing. I spent a really long time on the phone to them explaining my no claims was from another vehicle that I no longer own and they've been chasing me about it for weeks despite me having a web chat and despite me having a phone call explaining all to them and being told it was dealt with still kept sending me emails...
