Very friendly & competent phone agent
I was disappointed that although my insurance premium had fallen by £10 from last year, I would have ended up paying ~£15 more if I had not made the phone call. As it was, I ended up paying the same within a pound as last year, although I was given significantly lower renewal quotes for my other two cars earlier in the year with a different company which was the general advice on the web I had been led to expect!
