Two very confusing
Two very confusing
letters re a renewal of one of my cars with one stating it
had been renewed
and ? needing proof
of address etc
I phone up to clarify
eventually turns out
that it hasn’t been renewed so I renew it
and told to ignore re
sending proof of address
Short while later a curt message that I do need to send in the aforementioned
proof,which I did and
now apparently it will
take up to three working days to confirm!
I have been dealing with you for many years and never had a
problem and can only
assume new management has taken over
