Selbe Problem wie alle anderen auch! Im Januar Schuhe bestellt, bis heute nicht geliefert. ( ende April) Tracking Code funktioniert nicht. Kundenservice ist Katastrophe. Nie wieder!

Today i received the boots i ordered 3,5 months ago. Two weeks ago i sent them an email that i want a refund because of the delay, they didn't answer but they sent me the boots which are not what i ordered at all, they are just some cheap fake not even similar to Miami boots that they advertise. DO NOT BUY.

Wacht al twee maanden op mijn schoenen. Tot op heden nog steeds niks ontvangen. Al meerdere e-mails naar ze toegestuurd maar krijg elke keer alleen maar automatische reacties terug. Ook heb ik nog steeds geen track en trace code ontvangen wat wel beloofd wordt.

Ordine effettuato il 29 gennaio, ancora non è arrivato nulla. Ho chiesto due volte il rimborso ma niente. Hanno pure cambiato nome per tentare di non farsi riconoscere su trust pilot, penso. Ora si chiamano Koa luxury. NON COMPRATE

Ho ordinato il 12 febbraio e non è arrivato nulla, vi prego di segnalare la pagina su Instagram perché sono dei truffatori. Se segnaliamo in tanti, la pagina verrà chiusa così da non permettere ad altri di essere truffati !!

No compren, son unos estafadores hice mi pedido hace ya 4 meses y nunca llegó, además me han bloquedado por reclamar.

Please don't make the same mistake as I did, DO NOT ORDER from this company, I've been waiting 3 and a half months for my order and have not been able to get any update from the company about my package. Absolute Scam of a website. I'll be sure to check reviews in future.

Ordine effettuato il 6 Gennaio 2021.. oggi è 6 Aprile e non ho notizie del mio pacco. Tacking number inesistente, servizio clienti che o non risponde o ti dice semplicemente di aspettare e avere pazienza (dopo 3 mesi?!?)... non esiste modo per avere il rimborso...

I ordered a pair of boots from their website in December and when I tried them on they hurt my feet because a nail was in the sole. I contacted them via email and Instagram and still haven’t got any response !!!
I definitely don’t recommend this brand, this is the worst customer service I have ever seen and their products are dangerous!

Update : they lied to me saying they would send another pair of shoes as an apology for the first “mistake” and it never came in the mai! They have now blocked me from their Instagram so that I can’t post any bad reviews anymore! Be careful, that brand is a big scam!

Ich habe Anfang Februar ein paar Schuhe bestellt. Die Lieferung hat 2 Monate gedauert. Hatte zwischenzeitlich auch die Hoffnung verloren, dass die Schuhe überhaupt ankommen, aufgrund der mangelhaften Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice. Letztendlich bin ich aber sehr zufrieden mit den Schuhen. Sie fallen allerdings etwas klein aus.

Do not buy from here! 9 weeks still no bag in sight! Tracking does not work at all , contacting customer services on Instagram for 6 weeks straight and they won’t give me a straight answer all I get is “feel for us no” no I won’t. Don’t be fooled by this scam!!

J'ai commandé des chaussures sur le site le 20 janvier, nous sommes le 25 mars et je n'ai toujours rien reçu. J'ai envoyé deux mails à koa paris pour leur demander s'ils avaient des informations, les deux fois ils m'ont répondu (avec plein de smileys inutiles) de patienter, justifiant le retard par la situation sanitaire actuelle. Du grand délire. Même pas sûre de pouvoir se faire rembourser. Ne commandez pas sur ce site.

Koa Paris ist völlige Katastrophe. Geben leere versprechen, beheben keine Fehler. Stehen für nichts gerade. Mich hat die angebliche Direktorin angeschrieben und wollte mir entgegenkommen aber es kam keine Antwort als ich mein Problem schilderte. Bestellt nichts auf dieser Seite. Die Sachen sehen anders aus als auf dem Foto. Außerdem können die nicht mal Schwarz von Weiß unterscheiden. Tut euch selbst den Gefallen und investiert euer Geld in bessere Qualität!

A total nightmare

Not only did it take over 1.5 months for my order to arrive, I received a completely different pair of boots, in a different size than ordered!

No response to emails or Instagram messages at all. Terrible, avoid at all costs.

Almost 3 months later and still receive nothing.

Don't buy here! You better can give youre money to a homeless family. (Of gooi het in de sloot)

Ho ordinato un paio di stivali il 16 gennaio e oggi 24 marzo ancora non sono arrivati. Ho provato svariate volte a contattarli tramite mail e instagram ma ho ottenuto solo le solite rassicurazioni copia e incolla, inoltre il codice di spedizione datomi non esiste quindi l’ordine non è tracciabile!

J’ai passé commande sur ce site pour deux paires de bottes, le 17 janvier. Nous sommes le 23 mars et je n’ai toujours rien reçu! Après avoir tenté de leur envoyer un mail sans réponse, nous avons échanger via Instagram en février. Ils m’ont assurée que ma commande était en cours de livraison, un mois plus tard, je n’ai rien reçu. Je viens de les contacter et apparemment ma commande est encore en chemin, je ne sais pas d’où elle vient mais de loin, ça fait apparemment 2 mois qu’elle se balade... je n’attends plus rien de leur part! C’est une arnaque, ils suppriment les commentaires négatifs (et il y en a énormément sur Instagram)! 110.- dans le vent, merci Koa Paris...
