I placed an order on this website, believing it was genuine because I verified that their phone number was active. As a business owner who primarily uses a mobile phone, I didn’t realize it could be a scam. I called slightly after 5:30 PM and assumed no one answered because the office was closed.

However, when I completed the order, the payment process didn't offer a choice of PayPal as advertised and defaulted to cash on delivery. This matched other negative reviews on Trustpilot. Unfortunately, I also provided them with my business address, email, and phone number.

Please be cautious and avoid this company. I still can't understand how scams like this continue to appear on Google!

Very odd! Even suspicious. The mobile number is a Vodaphone, no name, nothing.
No confirmation email on order.
I won’t hold my breath for the delivery and hire the quality might be.

Not sure what to make of this website, it must be fake , ordered 2 x the same item , but when went to pay , it was cash on delivery ..like that’s gonna happen , no one is gonna ship stuff for free , then ask for cash at the doorstep , found it all rather odd , they have my name address and phone number , but not sure they can do much with that, no confirmation order number either so pretty sure this is fake website but to what end ?

Ordered an item cash on delivery, after doing some digging on Kleinfeld I discovered that it is a scam site designed for data farming. DO NOT order from this site

Could easily be caught out. Hoping my 1* review will contribute to helping others.

As others have said on here, it looks like it is data farming.

Ignore the 5* reviews on here - they are all fake. Hence adding a 1* review to help to oppose these.

TRIED TO PURCHASE BUTLER TABLE FROM ABOVE COMPANY, TURNS OUT IT IS A SCAM....JUST SET UP TO USE CUSTOMERS DATA. NO ONE DOES COD THESE DAYS, I SHOULD HAVE CAUGHT ON, THANKS TO TRUST PILOT REVIEWS I FOUND OUT....THANKS GUYS.....

In retrospect!! ... This 'business' only has a mobile number on the website, only a 'road' name in London listed as its address and 'sells' products as Cash On Delivery which for free postage UK wide for an item under £10 isn't going to happen. The website is loaded with external advertising, it says Chat without having an actual chat facility, and some of the text doesn't make sense.

Don't be fooled by the .co.uk web address or 'secure server status'.. KLEINFELD LIMITED does not exist as a Ltd company on Companies House (albeit there is a dissolved company from 2013 with the same name).

Stay away!!!

Fake company, same experience as so many others. Orders go though as cash on delivery then there's no response. AVOID!!!

1. Kleinfeld Ltd was subject to compulsory strike off at Companies House on 2 April 2013.
2. There is no business of this name within the published post code area or anywhere in Staines.
3. As this business does not exist it is therefore a scam to garner email addresses, names, postal addresses, & passwords if you try & log on the website.
4. Clearly one not to touch with the longest ever barge pole.

As with all previous reviews I placed the order to only be offered the cash on delivery option! Simply dont bother with this. Most likely a SCAM!

I’ve been scammed by entering my details into this site, who only gives one option for payment which is cash on delivery. I tried to call to get a definite delivery date but it was a voicemail message saying mailbox box is full. Please avoid them as many of you guessed by now these are collecting your data to sell them to a third party.

No stars. I gave my details and it was cash on delivery heard nothing since, emailed them but no reply. Beware !!!!!!!!

Don’t go there, avoid! They are collecting your data. Annoying and worrying that they now have my personal information. An offer to good to be true, I should know better!

I ordered for this website this morning and delivery. I pressed enter and it placed an order and said cash on delivery so this made it very suspicious, I called this number and it goes to a vodaphone voicemail. The address is a house in London and I’ve had no response from there email support team.

I suspect this is a fake website. So I know if anything happens with my details now I know what to pass on. Slightly concerning that they have my full name, address and phone number. So like i said I’ll know what to pass on if anything happens with my details.

Please please avoid this company, I only clicked on when I thought hold on let me check trust pilot and it confirmed for me this is a fake company.

Scammers don't enter any personal information

Ordered 2 items on 17/04/2024, had an e mail stating order confirmation. I've sent 2 e mails to ask about delivery [C.O.D] had no reply to date. Like others I suspect this is a DATA FARMING SITE and to be avoided, this site is a total waste of time. Like other I haven't paid for anything.

Fake website. Cash on delivery?? Thankfully I didn't put my card details in, however they have my address and phone number.

DATA FARMING. Not a genuine website. Husband tried to order an item, stated cash on collection when he tried to find out the postage costs.

No conformation of order and by the other reviews it appears this is a front for data collection.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
This company is fake. Not sure what their purpose is but, like others, I guess they are harvesting data.
The positive reviews ALL follow the same pattern and are clearly FAKE. I would report them to Trustpilot but no point as Trustpilot doesn’t care.
Just stay well away from this comany and give them no data, particularly anything financial.
