I felt there was something up when I saw that a product I wanted was really cheap; £1.03 as opposed to £2-5. I decided to go to trustilot. So glad that I did. Absolute scam from the reviews Ive read. Glad I came here before buying.

As stated below, Made an order, it went to cash on delivery which I thought was strange. No further updates so started investigating which led me here. Yup, it's a scam.
Not sure why google is allowing them to continue popping up in searches given the amount of negative reviews they have for the same thing.

Just like others I should have read the reviews. Same experience , total scam.

Scam. Be aware!

From now reading other feedback, it seems Kleinfeld do not exist and are possibly scammers out to just get your money. Their tel. no., just goes to voicemail and their mailbox is always classed as full. They do not answer emails. Their so called online chat line is a farce ! It gives silly answers to questions and then you are told YOU have to pay them a £1 to find out where your order might be and then £35 p/m after !

Like so many others before me, I have just learned this company is a scam! I should have known when it said cash on delivery. Fortunately, none of my bank details were entered but they have all of my contact details such as my name, address, phone number and email. I’m normally really wise to such things but feel like an idiot now. Absolutely infuriating.

Try to buy furniture and you end up taking out a subscription for a document mailing organisation.
I had to get my bank to refund the £48
Visa chargeback is the only way to get your money back

I ordered an item from this company. As others have said, it came up as cash on delivery. Got an email to say received my order. That was the last I heard from them. Like others, I am concerned they have my address and phone number.

Ah, why didn’t I smell a rat as soon as I saw ‘cash on delivery’. No follow up after initial acknowledgement. Went on the chat line to find out more but was then directed to a technical helpline or some such, asking for payment of £1 which would be refunded. It just gets worse. Needless to say I didn’t subscribe to that but will have to watch out for any follow up as they have some of my details.

Cash on delivery? That’s a bit old school. However I’d obviously put name/address in already, and now, after emailing and calling and lastly (der!) reading the reviews here it seems this is a whole bunch of twazzocks.

I wish I investigated earlier. Same as all the other reviews, placed order then said cash on delivery, concerns me they are allowed to do this. I dont expect to get this order but they know have my name address, email and tel no. Thought the price was too good to be true! Why are they allowed to continue with this scam?

Like all of the other reviews. This is some sort of scam! Not sure what they are up to but gave my details and it just said cash on delivery. Something needs to be done about this company.

I have just ordered an item from this company and I was quite disturbed about the payment facility. It appears that you are able to pay with PayPal but then the screen suddenly changes to thank you for order and pay with cash on delivery. No reputable company has a system like this. I worried the moment that the cash on delivery appeared and decided to look on Trust Pilot. I don’t expect to receive my order. Every review is a negative one. This company is up to something but how can it be stopped? Please Trust pilot do something about them!

I ordered Item from this website but didnt ask me for my payment details but said "cash on delivery" it was quite bizzare? i emailed them and no reply. this is some scam? never in my life i heard of Cash on delivery.

AVOID KLEINFELD AT ALL COST!

Wish I had read the reviews before trying to order from these scammers. Exactly the same trap as the other genuine reviews on here.
Completed the form -name-address-email and phone number, expecting payment to be coming up on the next screen. Then told it's cash on delivery, that's when I read the reviews. I did check it was UK before I tried to place the order and it shows UK address--phone number etc so was not too concerned.
Really sickening.
