Scam to get your information. Do not use.

Like others, I went to pay with PayPal but the payment went through as cash on delivery, which sent alarm bells ringing. The positive 5* reviews are all from people who have left just the one review- all other reviews appear to be 1*. I am glad that I didn't enter credit card details but am still concerned that they have my personal details such as address and mobile number.

One can place an order, but cannot successfully contact the retailer by 'phone or email.

Strongly suspect it's a data-farming scammer

Ordered a product and it went through without any payment details. Looked at the email confirmation and it says 'Cash on Delivery'! Who does COD these days and how....? Not sure what the purpose is of this site if it's not taking proper payments? Can i therefore assume that i will not be recieving the product i ordered? Anyone else had this experience?

Would only pay with PayPal on a site like this, they said they take PayPal but took me straight to pay cash on delivery. Obviously not a legitimate company. Never put credit card details in a site you don't know, PayPal is safe and secure.

What a crock of…..check out companies house on gov.uk if unsure about a company.

Ordered toothpaste - nothing!

Same problem as previous person - the site went instantly to cash on delivery. What?!! I don't expect to ever see the item. Yes, they have my email address and phone number so phishing emails will probably increase, but fortunately I didn't put my card in as I only pay online by PayPal - which they offer on the site, but then wasn't offered to me - only pay by cash. No confirmation of order email either. I tried to cancel the order but only an answering service and no response to email.

Just ordered something from this company for the first time. Proceeded to checkout and filled out my name, address and email address as prompted. Tapped proceed to place your order expecting to be taken to the payment option page but instead got “YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED” with an invoice of the order with “CASH ON DELIVERY” as the payment method, which I hadn’t requested. Very odd in this day and age!!! I decided to contact them immediately. However, the only number was a mobile which when rung goes to a voicemail message saying they’ll call you back!!!!!! Tried several times, no success. Then sent a message via the email in ‘contact us’ at the bottom of the page. No reply to date!!! Still had no confirmation of the order which again is odd in this day and age so googled them and arrived here. Wish I’d done that initially but this online shopping site looks so professional and real and the item was cheaper than Amazon etc. Then read others were experiencing the same problems. I didn’t enter my credit card details as was not given the opportunity, but they’ve still got my email address which is worrying!!!! I’m expecting that they may contact me though saying sorry for the error but need my card details!!!! Clever!!!! Glad I read the other comments and reviews so definitely won’t be replying to anything. This is definitely a scam so beware !!!!!!!!

Scam - had to cancel my credit card details immediately! Do not enter them in their site.

Looks like a scam - you enter your credit card details, it harvests them and sells on. Best option block your card immediately. It feels like another of the million odd sites set up by someone in the corner of their bedroom with false addresses, fancy logos about trusted this that, credit / debit logos - non of which go anywhere if you click them.

In short this is a site being used to take data to steal money.

As others have stated says wrong card no to input again .obviously dodgy I just hope they haven't amended anything from my bank some needs to remove this website

Same as all the other negative reviews, not recognising a card number. Also, called the numbers published, and I actually thought was quite weird having what looked like a private mobile number for what seemed like a big store. Quite worried now and will be contacting my bank tomorrow. I can't believe how easy it seems to be to set up a site and just simply start collecting people's payment details! Why is this still allowed to be up?

The same as other prospective customers, entered my card details three times, each time it said it didn't recognise my card details. I then looked for reviews of Kleinfield and saw these bad ones. The good reviews look like fake ones. It was after 9pm and tried ringing my bank, but gave up after being kept on hold for 20 mins. I went on;ine and blocked my card. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Entered credit card details twice using two different cards, both not recognised. Like other reviewers I am now worried that I've given my credit card details to fraudsters.

This is a FAKE website.
Do not even think about ordering from it.

Please Don't use this Kleinfeld , this is a scam . Company House do not list there address. I should have read the reviews but the cheap item just got my attention. The phone number is a mobile that should have got me thinking. Now I need to cancel all my cards. I hope whoever you are think what you are doing if you have any morals!!!!

On the 2 occasions I tried to pay by credit card at checkout my credit card and debit cards were rejected I thought it odd that they only ask for credit card details.
Their phone helpline and email did nothing . The phone line was automated and the email was rejected and could not be sent by my provider .
I am now having to contact my bank in case something
happens with my details .
I wish I had read these reviews first !
